Meat, lots of meat. Large lumps of it, Capon braised with beef, stewed mutton, just meat in general. Punctuated with fish and occaisonally washed down with water.
Klaue is a carnivore after all.

Quarrel stares at the dish she was given.

Ivana dug into the pizza, not bothering to question how a hard light hologram eating things would work, because obviously Bedside Manner was not going to tell her, preferring more "I dunno, it just does" explanations than anything.

Bedside Manner smiles. "Oh well then... I guess I'll tell you all about them. Nopony's totally sure why they happen. Many people got their own theory. Mostly resolving around Pinkie Pie, the last bearer of the Element of Laughter. A few thinking Clockworks is behind them... Cause it never happened that often until he came into town from the past and done so much good for the place in these last few years or so. Personally I don't care why they happen, I just enjoy them... Nearly everything bad that was going on before they happen gets finished and solved while the party happened. Bet a good deal of the town's now rebuilt if not the everything... Depends on if the builder clock-bots were damaged or not in the attack."

Next you all notice you are now in the dining hall of the Hospital and Fred walks in and serves you all a good meal of your dreams that you told him about.

"But I didn't tell you what I..." Gears stops as he opens the tray in front of him, revealing an ordinary flower sandwich. "It's...beautiful..." Gears sniffs and wipes his eyes, holding back tears as best he can, before picking up the sandwich...and wearing it as a hat.

Everyone wants to go to Canterlot because backstories or something.

"Well, my plan's to stay here. Learning about my past, trying to solve some of my life's problems, boring stuff like that."

"The donkey was near death last time I saw him so I'm not sure if he is still alive or not, there was a pegasus with one wing and some large scars down the wingless side, a unicorn favouring ice based magics, two earth ponies, one a cyborg in heavy armour and the other unsually skilled with rope, I can't remember much about the zebras but one had no eyes."
Klaue opens his eyes.
"The griffons are with them unwillingly."

"After the day of weirdness... Lunar Phoenix such as yourself came around from normal Fire Phoenixes... And eating a ton of food isn't that impressive or really odd. I've seen people eat more then you have and done it even faster." Bedside informs Ersa. "Now claiming to be from the moon? That's weird as buck to say."

Ivana was beginning to connect the dots here, but didn't really have the firepower or the evidence to confront Ersa with it. Crazy Zhao back at the Half-Cloud division might, but then, even if there was no evidence against Ersa, Zhao would make the "CLOUD! Not just cloud, MOON!" assumption and attack without provocation. She continued eating pizza.
