Let's keep the flexibility then and make it clear in the description that it can be either a portable variant or an entrenched element of the setting depending on how the DM and Players want to integrate it.

How's the Destiny rebalancing coming along?

I delayed doing anything with Dragon Disciple since I was trying to work on Explorer first and it's clear that will need to be rebuilt from scratch. However, considering the discussion about there needing to be an either/or for Master Detective's level 4 to allow the old option but make it portable, I did a rewrite of its wording:
