Non Sequitur: The Campaign

The puppy's attention span is shorter than that of a gold fish, and he is currently rolling around in the flowers in glee.

Runeheart quickly tries to un-tangle his limbs with a look of pure glee.

Red, seeing that there isn't anything to do to help out, lays down in the flowers and goes to sleep. The puppy notices this and runs over, trying to play with Red because nobody is paying attention to him.

Ghoul continues lying on the ground, resting for a moment more before trying to get back up.

Meta:

Ghoul looks up at the translucent eye hanging above him and sighs in exasperation before struggling to his hooves again, and slowly shambling onward to their destination.

A black portal opens up over the patch of blue flowers. A unicorn sitting on a chair falls out of the portal screaming. wait, copper I said I wanted to rest first- omf The unicorn lands in the flowers and the portal closes. Ow... Well that bucking hurt. she looks around wait where am I, why was I just yelling, and why the buck am I sitting in a chair in the middle of a flower patch!? she hops off the chair Last I remember I was going somewhere...guess it was this way. she starts walking in some random direction. Looking down she notices what kind of flower she is walking through.this stuff looks familiar. Wait this isn't... Oh buck!

"YAY! We got a rookie!" Maddie declares and runs stright to hug the Unicorn. "I shall call you Jill..."

Hearing someone approach she turned "Ah no wait the flower it's poisonous!"

When Maddie hugs Taffy, she does it with all the ferocity of a marshmallow. Not too long after the hug, Taffy suddenly becomes entirely 2-dimensional, and is flimsy like paper.

"I'm flat this is the worst possible thing!" eyes shifting nervously, she tried in vain to push the other pony off but her flimsy hooves weren't strong enough."Oh well... Nice to meet you too. I'm Taffy, Loud Taffy."

"Oh... Interesting... You already know of the threatlevel you've falled into. Well I don't think I've got major issue... Already got messed with. Besides we'll figure out how to undo it eventually..." Maddie rambles to herself for a bit then she noices Taffy's chang to being 2D. "OHHH! THAT'S SO COOL! I recall when I once had my third-D melt away once at my Islandhome."

"Newbie!" Runeheart yelps, quickly trying to glomph Taffy before getting a paper cut on her.

I guess no one cares about the flowers. "I would hug you back but..." Taffy lifted her front hoof and let it flap in the breeze. "I'd rather not accidentally asphyxiate you."

Red hears all this noise, though he wasn't paying attention to words, and lifts up his head lazily. Seeing this new pony, he crouches in the grass, wiggling his bum, he says, "Swigitty swiggity, I'm comin fo dat booty...."
He then proceeds to slowly walk over but stops when the puppy zips past him to great the new comer correctly.
OOOOOHHHH!!!! Look master! a new comer! Can I play with it? Can I?
The puppy looks at Red with his tounge haning out.

sees the puppy "Aww cute puppy... wait. Puppy! Don't eat me, I'm not homework!

The puppy runs over to red, steals his orb and brings it over to Tafy, placing it on the ground in front of her.
After Tafy doesn't do anything, he jumps on her and somehow manages to roll her up like a wand. Hey! This is awesome! Wait. pony. ball. BAT! I like bats! Play hard, sleep later! the puppy tries to hit the orb with Tafys rolled up form, only managing to move it a little bit. He continues to do this, not caring the outcome, because he's too focused on playing.

"Well let's first get clear of the blue leaves of danger... Maybe set them on fire too..." Maddie suggests as she starts to head out of the field of poison joke.

Ebony just stands on the other side of the field of flowers and laughs at the ensuing mischief.

Taffy, in a desperate attempt to escape from the puppy, begins to channel magic through her horn. she focuses on a spot in the air just above Ebony.

Prep:

Runehearts ears perk up at the mention of burning, suddenly smiling in a somehow much less innocent way. "Burning things? Ooooo! Where do I start?" Runeheart says, his horn starting to spark with magic.

"Oh not yet... Wait for us to get out of the burn-area first..." Maddie comments as she walks though the field at a brisk pace. "Mostly I'm just feeling spiteful twards these blue plants is all, Runey."

"Not just burning for the sake of burning? Alright, extra motivation is always a plus. Aaannd these floppy legs are kind of getting annoying now." Runeheart says, levitating one of his legs up to eye level.
