I edited that into my earlier post.

Well that's that problem sorted, but how are you gonna get the marbles to the stairs without making the butler suspicious (he won't notice the marbles because, obviously, invisibility and Jinx!, but what about that fact that you are giggling while heading to the same place he is, how would you make sure he doesn't stop or stay still)?

Well, one of us could try distracting him maybe, although since we're the ones doing it, would that be subject to jinx too?

Everyone within the Jinx range (except the caster) is subject to Jinx...

I dunno, doing something stupid in front of him would be pretty distracting no matter what the roll was.

Quartz would help him, but he isn't aware of the marbles prank attempt, he'd fail by default if he tried to help, and dream ponies aren't people anyway.
