Pyro suddenly grew uncharacteristically quiet. His horn lit up, surrounding part of Taller's ear and twistong it, pulling his head down to the seargeant's eye level.
"You think you're tougher than me? Do you know what I've done over less?" He asked in a raspy whisper, far more frightening than his normal yelling. "I don't think you do," he said before addressing Featherbow:

- Trying to ellicit some cooperation from Taller, and hopefully Hauler as well as a happy side effect. By threatening them, of course! Taller strikes me as the pushier of the two; burning Hex on Taller; he suffers a -10 penalty to all skill checks for an hour.

Cloud finds some sort of high ground that she can rest on while still being able to see the train car, before routing the sound from the train car up to her. In addition, she projects a duplicate of her behind the 4 standing pones, or around a corner if there's not an area that they wouldn't just see the image appear.

- First, a lot of this is reliant on there being like...a building or vendor stand or something pretty near the train cart, since a lot of these things have to be within 50 feet of her.
Using Fly on the Wall to hear sounds from inside the cart. I assume there's a door handle or a cushion button or something similar that I can route through?
They'll get a Perception DC 21 to offhandedly notice the ringing sound it makes, and an Arcana DC 26 to notice the enchantment if they magically sweep for it.- Fly on the Wall:

Dart, seeing Grey's attempt, and thinking it would be poetic justice, not to mention a great prank, decides to help out, by telekinetically lifting the shields off of their heads.

The situation with Pyro and the tiny earth pony seemed to be resolving itself. Though he had been tempted to step in and see what was going on, he decided not to. It seemed that Featherbrow had it clearly in hand. Paladin had to wonder just how much control and power Featherbrow had in this construct of his, assuming that is what it was.
When the earth pony and pegasus filly they seemed to have teamed up moved over to talk to Featherbrow, Paladin wandered casually other as well. Staying a respectful distance away so as to not join them, but still near enough overhearing the questions and answers. The earth pony had to wonder why smell was the hardest part of the mind to change, but dismissed this for later when he heard that death was a possibility in the mind of others. This enforced Paladin’s mission of becoming strong. One couldn’t be a leader without being able to keep them safe.
Of course, before he could react any further, they psychic screech roared into Paladin’s head. Being one of the oldest ponies here, and with his natural earth pony resilience, the earth pony managed to keep himself under control, and reflexive tried to grasp what was going on, what was happening. From how the CCTV had gone to static through, Paladin felt his blood go cold... something was wrong, very, very wrong.
Paladin was a bit slow on the draw however, the mental shriek having disorientated him more than he realized, and by the time he had managed to start piecing together what was happening, others were already on the move. Not wanting to appear slow, Paladin soon advanced to the train himself, prepared for trouble if it was necessary.

Marshom Aloe didn't really think what she was doing when she climbed into the cart. Just that there was a quiet reflex in the back of her mind that somepony needed care and that she couldn't sit idly by. Moving over to the colt, she gently rubbed his side and hummed a lullaby.

At Pyro's glare and the quiet wrath in his voice, Taller's face paled and his eyes widened. It was impressive how much this nearly full-grown clydesdale could look like a frightened little colt. "L-look, I'm sorry, sir. It was just-"
Before he could finish his sentence, the psychic bubbles around their heads seemed to pull away from them and pop. Hauler, who seemed to be the one actually forming them, tried to pull them back, but a yelp of surprise from Garret (caused by "Cloud" appearing right behind him) distracted him enough that they faded into psychic sparks.
When exposed to the psychic scream, even in its now weakened state, Taller collapsed to the ground and began crying. When Marsh moved over and began comforting the green unicorn colt, the colt sighed and the psychic screaming stopped, and Taller's cry was reduced to quiet sobbing.
Hauler glared at Pyro before levitating a bag of brightly colored luggage from the upper ends of the cart. He was clearly confused and scared, but he kept his voice quiet, angry and very slow. "You shouldn't hurt Taller. You two! Back me up!"
Garret and Pointer flinched before very warily walking over to flank him on either side, glaring uncertainly at the group.

Pyro's expression changed slightly, from quiet, deadly wrath to a mix of curiosity and amusement along with that quiet, deadly wrath. "In a mental landscape? Come now and grow a pair, recruit," he said to Hauler in his usual, gruff, insulting tone he had perfected to an artform. His smelling salts levitated out in front of him. "Featherbow banned me from fighting here. You want to fight me, we're fighting for real."

Marsh wasn't fully sure of the situation but from her vision she felt the right course was to help Pyro. However, her desire to calm the colt slowed her down quite a bit.

If the smelling salts are actually done as an out of combat skill check, Marsh would be willing to use Generosity to assist a low roll.

Paladin was quick to move to join the swelling ranks. He didn’t like Pyro, feeling him too loud and too rash for his liking. The fact that he was a counselor meant that in all likelihood wouldn’t like submitting to a role of comrade and not leader. However, he felt that Pyro was a good pony, if rough around the edges. So he stepped in to other his aid, through he didn’t seek to fight, he prepared for it, but wasn’t going to simply dive right into it.

Pyro allowed himself a smile as the suitcase slapped into him. Pain... Such an old, lovely friend. He scarcely even noticed. His horn lit up, and his grin grew wider. He popped the lid on his smelling salts, and a strong, unpleasant smell filled the room...
And everything spun out of control. Pyro was back in the mess hall. He quickly got to his feet, and scanned the crowd: There was Hauler, there was Garret and Pointer. He looked to see who else he had drug along: there was that Grey Matter (she really was small, wasn't she?), that one was Marshom Aloe, that Pegasus... Cloud Hopper? Yes. There was that Earth Pony - Pyro couldn't recall his name - there was that dragon. Dart? Yes.
As with everything else, he didn't need to mull over this; it flashed across his mind instantly. He turned his attention to Hauler, who was just getting to his feet. Pyro's horn lit up...
And suddenly those feet were standing on hot coals! Pyro's mane lit up like a bonfire as he cackled in glee. If Quiet Keep saw this...
But, she wouldn't. She was never to be seen this early in the morning, not in the Mess Hall...

Cloud smacks her lips sleepily as she sits down, having stood for entry into the mind. She pulls out a pillow from seeming nowhere and uses it to lightly smack the earth pony colt, a few feathers bursting from the pillow on the soft impact. "Y' don't attack counselors, dummy."

Paladin shook his head as he woke up before standing up. They were back in the real world, which was a little annoying. Seemed that whatever Pyro had used had brought them out of reality. While the others did what they wanted, Paladin spoke up again. "Your outnumbered, your friends have ran, and we now fight in the real world, not just a mental landscape. Your friend cried not because of Pyro's actions, but of your own. Be sensible and surrender, you can't win this fight." Paladin wasn't stupid through, and as he spoke, created a small telekinetic barrier around his body, it was weak, but would absorb some damage.

Pointer seemed to take heed to Paladin's word as well as the fact that there were three counsellors present. She quickly formed two arrows in the air, one directing itself towards Hauler and one towards Taller. "They did it!"
