Four Pony Party:

-Round 1-

Pony 1: [+3] Draw Blood; 7 PiPs
Pony 2: [+3] Draw Blood; 7 PiPs
Pony 3: [+3] Draw Blood; 7 PiPs
Pony 4: [+3] Draw Blood; 7 PiPs

-Round 2-

Pony 1: [-5] Pincer Maneuver: Pony 1 and Pony 4 both use [+3] Draw Blood; 5 PiPs
Pony 2: [-5] Pincer Maneuver: Pony 2 and Pony 4 both use [+3] Draw Blood; 5 PiPs
Pony 3: [-5] Pincer Maneuver: Pony 3 and Pony 4 both use [+3] Draw Blood; 5 PiPs
Pony 4: [-10] Royal Command; 6 PiPs

Every Pony takes a Standard Action and adds +1d8 to damage:

Pony 1: [-5] Pincer Maneuver: Pony 1 [-3] Fireswrath or [-3] Despair and Pony 4 [+2] Rampage; 2 PiPs
Pony 2: [-5] Pincer Maneuver: Pony 2 [-3] Fireswrath or [-3] Despair and Pony 4 [+2] Rampage; 2 PiPs
Pony 3: [-5] Pincer Maneuver: Pony 3 [-3] Fireswrath or [-3] Despair and Pony 4 [+3] Draw Blood; 2 PiPs
Pony 4: [-10] Royal Command; 3 PiPs

Every Pony takes a Standard Action and adds +1d8 to damage:

Pony 1: [+2] Rampage; 4 PiPs
Pony 2: [+2] Rampage; 4 PiPs

If you do Round 1 again in Round 3, then in Round 4 you do Round 2's combo again.

Can anything survive that? I would hope not.

Well as far as I know Draw Blood doesn't stack with itself so if you ever were using it again on something someone had already used it on you would have just wasted a lot of PiPs and your actions.

Yes, the damage doesn't stack, it overrights. But you still get the PiPs from the attempt.

However, I would suggest spreading out Draw Blood so it affects as many enemies as possible. That way you can Despair a lot more enemies.

Of course, the real point to be made here is that that party will never happen because it'd be incredibly boring if everyone in the party did exactly the same thing in combat.

Doesn't mean NPC!Canterlot doesn't have an Elite Strike Force comprised of this, of course.

Guys...I think I broke it...

Turn 1:
Ponies 1 and 3 Use Energize on Pony 2, Pony 2 uses Gather Energy (Ponies 1 and 3 at 5, Pony 2 at 7)

Turn 2:
Ponies 1 and 3 use Pincer Maneuver and Energize of Pony 2, Pony 2 Uses Draw Blood, Draw Blood, Draw Blood, It's Over! (All Net 1 PiP)

Turn 3:
All three use Draw Blood (All back at 4, where they started at before turn 1)

Lets see 5 ponys is optimized for royal command
Round one
pony use ritual knife+ 3 pips
Use thunderstorm (2d10/2 x pips) for 7 pips generating 14 dice rolls and you on avg crit at least twice (one from a 10 and one from rolling a 1) trigering a random crit(d3) and a d12,d10,d8 of course this gives a small chance to trigger a random abilty that you have if you roll good you can make the dm cry when you trigger a royal command on first turn
