Compass had never been yelled at by a rob-op-tic Minotaur before. For the sake of diplomacy, she decided it was best not to mention that.
Instead, she looked up, into Steels eyes-,'Why does it glow like that?'- and said:
"You're right. Discord brought him here, just like the rest of us. I'm sorry."
At least, she hoped she said it. She was so excited and nervous it might have come out as a bit of a high pitched squeak.

Midas tried to crawl out of the sludge. As he heard the conversation, he quietly took inventory. "Four ponies, a minotaur and a metal dog." He nodded sagely at his own calculations before dizzily plopping back into the muck.

Gathering that she would be unable to take in her surroundings yet, Skitterbuzz focused on cleaning mud off of herself. Once shebwas a little cleaner - so she could make the right vibrations - she'd be able tonsee how truthful Discord had been about the bees.

But if you don't make them soon, I might just have to assume Skitter failed them....Everyne except Midas passes the Endurance check
Once the group was able to get their bearings, they could all see that they were arranged in a in a circle( or maybe a hexagon) facing an ornamental fountain carved out of ice, with Discord at the center posing dramatically. Behind each of them seemed to be a statue of a pony
Skitter can further see that there was noting threatening present, or really anyone other than themselves and that the mud was surprisingly normal probably caused by a quick rainshower. She also noticed that during the trip, Midas's scarf managed to get neatly and comfortable tied around her neck.
And Midas, once he stops throwing up, can feel something stuck into his collar.

Midas, after coughing up the last of his bile, stood up and wiped his mouth. As he turned around to examine the statue behind him, he used his magic to pull whatever it was out from under his collar.

Midas can see that the statue, on a pedestal, depicts a unicorn mare.

Skitterbuzz glanced down at the scarf. She somehow felt that she should be surprised... But, she had seen stranger things, even just earlier that day. This was merely convenient. She tugged it off, and tried to whip some of the excess mud off befpre handing (Hoofing?) it back to Midas. Without acknowledging any reaction, she turned and looked at the statue behind where she came down. Carefully.
- Checks:
- Perception: Hopefully getting a little more info than Midas did. (I think I know, but Skitter might not.) Also, unlikely as it may be, History to see if she does know who this is.
Perception Result: 1d20 [20] = ANOTHER CRITICAL!?
History Result: 1d20 [9] + History [6] = 15Will get a new screencap up directly.Done. Unbelievable...

Although the statue was covered in mud, Skitter can clearly see that it is also on a pedestal depicts an Earth Pony Mare, young, but still an adult. The statue isn't in great shape, aside from the mud there are chips taken out it. In particular, there are a large number of scratches and gouges around the neck, like something had been chipped off.
Skitter doesn't recognize who it is, but then again, the odds were slim.

Midas took the scarf with his TK and tied it loosely around his neck, saying "thank you" as little more than a reflex as he looked at the statue. "She's pretty, doncha think? Are yours pretty too?"

Steel turned around and nearly tripped over the statue of a small Diamond Dog that had been place right behind him. In addition, while the other statues were on pedestals and were posed in a somewhat dignified manner, this state was placed on the ground, and appeared to be picking his nose and making a weird face. Also in contrast to the others, this statue was painted in gaudy pinks and oranges. and had Everyone loves a critic written on the back, as well asThis paint isn't washable

- Is Discord known for turning things to stone? Or is it more probable that something else did this? It seems like he said he was above it in the show, but Skitter doesn't know that.

....At this point, I'm just waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Skitter has heard of legends that Discord himself was turned to stone long before he took over. There weren't any specific stories about his turning anyone to stone, but Discord does like ironic punishments if somebody really angers him...

Midas looked over at Steel Works. When he saw the statue, his eyes went wide and he ran past him. "Dog!" his horn glowed and a slow wave of golden magic swept over the statue.

Having gotten the mud out of her wings, and lacking anything beter to do as everyone examined the statues, Skitterbuzz decided to call the local swarms and start collecting Bees.
"Okay, Discord... Time to test your probable Lie. I'm not going anywhere without my bees," she said, loud enough to be heard without shouting. And with that she began to move.
To the unobservant or uninformed, it might seem like she was simply feeling fidgety. But it was in fact a carefully practiced series of movements, in her wings and larynx, in her shoulders and flank and joints and every other muscle in her body that created a multitude of vibrations in the air that a bee could sense from miles away. It was a Calling, a sound meant to summon bees from whatever they could be spared from to assist her in her straits...

Midas' eyes went wide. "Um, uh-uh-uh, guys! He's alive! I mean, uh, help?" Midas reached into a small pocket in his scarf and pulled out a vial of a greyish green liquid, pouring it onto the Diamond dog's chest and rubbing it in with his hooves.

The magic at first appeared to do nothing but as Midas poured more and more power into his spell, the statue began glowing. Slowly, the stone appeared to soften, until-
Fwoooshh!
The power discharged from the statue, splattering Midas, Sunlit, and Steel with paint, while leaving a very much alive Diamond Dog in place of the statue
