I will also offer a tip for "briskness", as you put it (Disclaimer: It's not clear, because text, but I am in no way exhasperated, sarcastic, or otherwise negative when I say this. Not sure why I needed to say that, but whatever.)

One of the great benefits of a split group in PbP is that you don't have to wait for everyone to make responses: as soon as one groups looks ready for one, go ahead and respond!

Sorry, I'd been of the mind to post a little last night but between work and and an appointment I was dead tired. Tried for one before going in today, hope it works for.

Sorry if its tad repetitive compared to my first post, I just figure Oasis is one to try tact before mouthing off in the situation. Which I am sorely tempted to do with Whisper.

I would like to make a note that yellow is a really bad choice of text color simply because of the background. You have to highlight it in order to read what it says.

That would render the wagon pointless. Also, if you do decide to keep the Organ there, I would try and keep Blitz in ignorance of the fact.

It is alright for Bonham to communicate with Lark using a Walkie-Talkie yes?
Also can Building Mastery(Fabricate) be used to build the parts for the lightning organ into the complete instrument?

1) Is the gold color any better? I thought it was, but then, I know what she's saying anyway, not to mention being the idiot who picked yellow to begin with.

2) Despite the fact this is an adventure campaign, this prologue is meant to be kind of a sedate chance for you guys to settle into and introduce characters, so don't worry about spending /day abilities or magic points.

There's a difference between needing to use X/day abilities or magic points in the prologue because we need too and using them because it would be cool.

Never say this again. Easier to promise the players an extended rest right before things happen, but don't tell us thibgs are going to happen or when.

"Lightning Organ Parts" to "Lightning Organ" probably qualifies under the terms of Build Mastery... buuuuut from the description of it, it sounds like it would certainly qualify as something which requires a degree of craftsmanship to assemble.

So... Would you kindly roll a check for it? I'm assuming it would be mechanics, but if you have a different way in mind...

Rolling Mechanics to Brutal Legend build the Lighting Organ + Freaky Knowledge in Assembling Audio Equipment 1d20=14 + 12+5 = 31.
If the roll is sufficient someone give me a lead up to use it, don't want to double post.
I also need to figure out the Unicode for Umlauts.

There is a certain lack of stress to not needing to worry about being left behind by another part of the group, though I look forward to seeing how things turn out when everyone comes together. The gold text is alright by me, by the way.

Something occurs to me, and I was thinking I'd run this by you guys while it's still early in the game and a few things aren't set in stone. I was looking over my Form of the Ooze ability from my Destiny which I currently have re-flavored as "Waltz As Water", and it's a pretty awesome ability, but I was wondering if it would be alright if I gave it a slight tweak, mechanically speaking? Specifically I was thinking of replacing it's Acidborn ability with Waterborn. Given how Oasis already has a pretty strong water theme going for her, and how I have the ability flavored as is, I was thinking it might be interesting if it was mechanically more as something like becoming a small water elemental than a slime creature, as though Oasis were somehow drawing more upon and actualizing as her water-focused magic.

If this sort of house-ruling doesn't seem like a good idea, I understand, as I do see the benefits to having the Acidborn ability, and I can still see it fitting that Oasis is able to shift into a slime-like creature considering the variety of other forms she has at her disposal.

So, story time! I spent the last hour getting bizarre "Network lost" messages, preventing me from logging in. I'm, obviously, on now... but it's so late here, I really shouldn't be. Long story short, if the GM post seems rushed, or like the ramblings of a too-tired pony handler... Well, it probably is. But I do want to continue, so...

...And I've been misreading that destiny as "Form of Smooze", apparently.
