What about campaigns about the animals the Apples and Fluttershy have rebelling, driving out the ponies out of Ponyville and setting up there own utopian society that is eventually subverted by power hungry hogs, which is in no way allegorical. Where it is the players job to pick a side and try to resolve the situation in the manner they see best for all creatures involved.
