Storm Rider
Whenever through incredible flying skills, powerful magic or an awesome gadget, while in flight storms no longer hamper you. In fact, they aid you in your travels now. Storm's master many flyers but you have mastered the storms!
LV4: Storm's and effects like it no longer effect you. Powerful winds will not make you budge, rain and fog do not obscure your vision. Thunder doesn't deafen you and most of all, lighting no longer hurts you.
LV7: The longer you spend flying in a storm, the more you carry with you when you leave. Once per day, you can emit a bolt of lighting from your body, or have it surrounding by powerful winds.
LV10: The distinction between you and the storm no longer exists. With five minutes of preparation, you can will a storm into existence under your complete control. In addition, you can become any part of the storm you want. Able to form you body out of water, clouds, wind, thunder and lightning...
