I'd argue that Lightning Storm, -X powers, and crits are where Nova excels. It's less of raw damage capacity and more of the fine control of an AOE without wasting excess damage vs a solo.

Eh, well, linking it to Fireblast for 3d12+3d10 to a single target isn't the worst I've ever seen. Also, a little bit of healing.

I think I'm done. It's a pretty rudimentary build, decent hit on turn 2 and then just has to keep rolling.

Ash is cool, but despite her description I'm having trouble picturing her... she's what, in her 30's? How long ago did the USSR fall in this timeline, anyway?

The OP puts the current date as 2014, so the USSR would have fallen a little over 20 years ago; in other words, she looks to be somewhere in her late 20s or so and probably isn't much older than 30.

I'm sort of ignoring what you wrote about her physical appearance and picturing her as Lauren Bacall, if Lauren Bacall talked like Humphrey Bogart.

To be honest that pretty much works too.

Multitasking with multiple campaigns but still trying to get things for this worked out in my head. I may or may not ask TheCalvary to post his stuff to the thread for group brainstorm to help with his character. The team is likely to be split across two cities initially and then they are likely to be merged as bigger conflicts happen.

Hopefully it won't take us more than six months to meet up.

Fair enough critique. I'll keep that in mind and I believe I'm better suited not to do that again. That said, the team structure may vary and I plan to have interaction early on then have splits as plot demands.

Added images of Avenger and Instinct to the second post. Not 100% satisfied with them but I can claim those are their classic outfits and they may have tailored the more modern versions slightly differently.

I should also have all players added to the front page. Let me know if you're missing since some players dropped and I want to make sure I didn't get my wires crossed.

That would be telling. They are nowhere near as active as they once were but they still help out. Usually in mentor capacity and key parts of disaster relief.

That was pretty much what I was looking for anyways.
