Since it's my birthday, I got this crazy idea.

Birthday Freak
You love birthdays. Actually, that's an understatement. Your life *is* birthdays. Sure, it may only happen once a year, but it's no reason to celebrate! And you happen to be an expert in this field (the title of "Master" is held by a pink Earth Pony, of Ponyville).

TIER 1

Surprise!
Whenever you are within 10 feet of a creature that you know has had it's birthday within 10 days, you may immediately choose to do one of the following:
- Create an Instant Party at no cost, benefiting all creatures witnessing it. This effect takes priority over combat encounters, interrupting them to fulfill its effects, then returning to the same state it was prior to the interruption. Magic points that NPCs/hostiles gain are used up for their next skill check.
- Gain a +10 skill check modifier for the rest of the day/session. This bonus is reduced by 1, depending on the amount of days that passed since their birthday.* This effect can stack with itself, without extending its duration.
You also gain the following utility:

It's a birthday to everyone... - Passive/Daily
Whenever you encounter an NPC or PC for the first time in a campaign (friendly, neutral, or hostile), roll a d10. The amount rolled determines how many days (or sessions, whichever is shorter) until that creature's birthday will come up**. Alternately, you can choose to flip a coin***, once a day, to determine the same.

TIER 2

Pinkiegami eyes
You are now capable of passively determining the birthday/age (exact up to a minute), number of "uncelebrated" birthdays and biggest desire (in other words, what gift it would want for their birthday) of a creature you can see. If you are able of fulfilling that desire whilst celebrating their birthday, they will be friendly with you and your party for the rest of the day, unless you would do something that would cause them to become hostile (like attack them).

TIER 3

Birthdays, birthdays everywhere - 1/session
You are now capable of altering reality to cause a creature's birthday to be "set" to the current day. When using this power, any creature within 50 feet of you will have it's birthday today. This affects any creature (including yourself), even ones without actual birthdays (like animated sentient objects, conjurations, etc...) or concept of them, as well as PCs. Allies that have their birthday "reset" also receive a random gift or amount of bits from other creatures.

* If their birthday was 5 days/sessions ago, the bonus is +5, for instance. It is +10 on the day day of their birthday.
**1 rolled = their birthday is "today", 2 rolled = their birthday is tomorrow, 10 rolled = their birthday is in 9 days, etc...
** Heads = Birthday today, Tails = Birthday tomorrow

Note: This is probably unbalanced and needs serious polishing. Comments?

One possible problem: people (players or NPCs) might be attached to their birthdays, and not want them changed. And tier 2 allows moving NPCs' birthdays to within 10 days of the date, while tier 3 flat out allows you to change the players' (and everyone else's) birthdays once a session. I think birthdays are special precisely because they come only once a year. Being able to move your birthday to every other day would rapidly destroy any specialness it once possessed (not to mention rendering it completely useless as a way of determining your age).

Well you alter reality in such a way that the birthday is "unhappened" (or comes up earlier). You even mentally affect yourself and others to think it was their birthday all along. So when you use the reality warp, it *is* special, because as far as they know, they haven't had their birthday that year, and they are now (memories are re-written). And after the party effects ends, the birthdays are "restored" and the memories are re-re-written.

PC's cannot be affected by birthday powers except the tier 3 one, or if they put it as part of backstory that it is their birthday soon.

How about.

Very, Merry Unbirthday - 1/Session
You may use the Surprise special ability without the otherwise necessary prerequisite of needing someone of with a nearby birthday.
