This what happens when you bring two reaction abilities, and the only attack that does decent damage hurts you. You proceed to be dazed for the entire stinkin' match, then fail the self-damaging attack. Swell.    

I await, O GM, how you intend to punish me for my critical fail for daze.

It was Derpy's turn, and she took that turn. Now I believe that it is a new round in which ONLY YOU are conscious to act.

(If you use that minor on me, I still get to roll twice if I unleash an attack...)

I'm severely tempted to use my retroactive turn to use Critfisher and then my final round to summon an Earthwyrm to avenge us.

More rationally, I'd probably have used Healing Salve, and then IINTD followed by a spectral warden.

Also, how does granting HP to downed allies work?

Yeah, Lightfoot didn't get a chance to go, either, and he would have survived the attack even without Regen.

As for healing downed allies, I think they go to 1 HP and are healed for the amount you roll.

'Healed from Zero' is how I remember it:
They recover Hp as though they had 0 hp
