And now none of the others are the newbies! I have stolen the title of newbie from them!

In the range of introductory post details, I'll aim for middle-road: I'm in uni, so I'm on mostly late at night (like this time usually), but really whenever is fair game. I'm too utilitarian to be called good, but too nice to be evil, so I'm solidly neutral I guess. I enjoy listening to the wind howl while I'm nearby a window or door and safe from its assault. I play D&D (3.5e and red books), BESM (d20 and 3e versions), Jovian Chronicles, Maid RPG, NWoD, and WR&M (and intend to add Ponytales: FiD to the mix). Cloudkicker is best background pony, Discunestia is best crackship, and Rarity is best element of generosity. Friendship is Dragons led me here. I also have an account on FIMfiction but am currently suffering from writers block on my story, so I'd like to get back into RPG games and hopefully inspire myself what I need to get the next chapters going.

Currently looking for a game, looks like I just barely missed the last one starting up so I'll just be keeping an eye out.

So yeah, if you're only looking for Pony games...I'll be of no use to you for the moment. I am running a D&D play by post that could use a healer of some type if you're just looking for any RPing at all.

I did see that, but gathered you're running 4e, which I'm afraid I never could really get along with. It's a long story not suited to the introductions forum, but I would be on MythWeavers or DND:OG for those pursuits, much larger player-base for D&D games.

If you have a Bard, min-max speaking in 4e they're the strongest healers (hp/turn wise), try getting someone to take the right build choices for support. With healing surges, huge piles of HP, negative HP thresholds, and abilities that drain on damage in almost every class though, injury shouldn't be nearly as worrisome a thing as earlier versions. I'm sure they'll be fine until someone a bit more eager comes along.

However thank you for the kind offer! I'm really just aiming for a ponytales one right now to try it out so I'll just need to be patient. (Or I guess it's been a while since a BESM one...)

Hi! I'm Casey1859. I have never played any of these RPing games (but I do love the games like Final Fantasy and Chrono Trigger... and EarthBound.),and I really wanna get into this kind of game. So yeah! If there's anyone who is willing to accept a newb and generally incompetent person when it comes to this kind of stuff... I ... can't think of an end to that sentence.

Uhm, hey...So, I'm Caden2112 (Or: Caden, "Hey, You!" and other such things) ...Uhm, I'm an RP-er, I found this via Friendship is Dragons like most...Uhm...Lessee...Obviously, I overuse ellipses, so yeah. There's that?

On another note...I do enjoy the Pony Tales system, my tabletop group's been playing it (And judging by the stories here, fairly close to 'sane,' we only blew up Celestia the one time, and that was an accident! Surprised

) Silliness aside, I'll probably post it in the RP section as well, see if I can find a Play-by-post...And yes, I can make ponies/creatures of all shapes, sizes, and themes. (Playing the bog-standard unicorn mage in my tabletop, I've also been a private investigator and a changeling spy/diplomat, and I have even saner/crazier ideas rattling around.) ...That'll probably get thrown up there too.

So, hi. Who knows? I may try to put down some thoughts for suggestions on the game too. O_o
