AU then picks up Mouse, puts her on his back, and runs to the green goo. "NO TIME TO EXPLAIN! JUST TRUST ME, I'VE GOT A PLAN!!!" The Unicorn yells as his horn glows while he runs like a madpony.

The first step everypony takes that looks like it's on thin air... hits ground? And they continue running. Once Answer and Mouse get by, still around a minute behind. "OH COME ON! Looks like none of them fell for the 'acid' trap and just ran."
A good thirty seconds later, Maria and Ultima reach a large chamber with a boulder on the far end, that starts rolling towards them..
30 seconds later, Answer and Mouse find the same room, but can hear an elephant behind them brat.

Answer was honestly deeply upset to find out the Acid wasn't real... He wanted to test his magic skills... Or at least try being a badflank by swimming through Acid itself gain time.

Ram would be unlikely to work here but if I can remove the strength from it! Just focus on the magic let everything else slip away... Ultima just stands her ground practically ignoring the boulder except at the last possible second when she turns around not to flee but to strike at the stone with both of her rear hoves.

Ultima weakens the boulder, and with her well placed buck, shattering the fragile boulder. However she promptly face plants and falls to the ground when she tries running. Maria ran away from the boulder room, and doesn't quite know that the path is clear, however she doesn't get too far before turning back around. About 20 seconds later, Answer blasts his own boulder with magic as both of them run back, causing it to, instead of crashing, lightly *plink* against the near wall. The two of them hear an elephant run through and crash through the wall in front of them, hitting the boulder to the far side of the room like a pinball table. "BLEAADSADA"

Maria skidded to a halt when she heard a resounding BOOM behind her as she ran.
She was suddenly glad for a change that nobody could see her eye twitching at the shattered boulder, and the face-planted pony.
Running back, she tried to help Ultima to her feet... and found she couldn't. It was like she was... stuck?! "Give me a break! Come... ON!" She strained, trying to un-stick the pony...
