Not sure what you mean by flavor. Do you mean like an aesthetic? Jacob's ladders. Van der Graff generators. Beakers and other glassware of various stripes, filled with chemicals of different color? Stuff like that?

Hey Zamuel, if you're still interested in playing, I have you a good way back in. Also, Crys, the only reason swimming is different is because for the average pony it would take longer than two minutes to swim over to it. Which does not mean you can't make a check to try.

Well, there's not a super hard and tight average. Students are generally from seven to sixteen with a few outliers on the side and the mean hovering around eleven or twelve.

I thought maybe you were just RPing a younger character, or at least a character that didn't have a min-maxed INT stat... Well, at least your INT isn't as low as my STR.

To be honest this is the first time I've made a "traditional caster" character in an RPG. I generally make melee characters, mostly Swordmages and the like.

By the way I'm curious what ages everyone set their own characters at. Based on Elacular's camp wide average my 18 year old character isn't too much of an upper end outlier but what about among the PCs and prominent NPC campers?

Well, Dart's 10. Not sure if I'm actually playing him that age, or if he's coming off as younger than that.

I'd believe that. I wonder how old Dart thinks Grey is though. I mean she's a LOT smaller than most ponies her age... Like she's shorter than the CMC yet she's about the same age as the Mane 6.

I'm assuming Mane 6 are roughly 4 foot tall and CMC are around 2 feet tall.... Dang, Grey's even shorter than I realized... She's half as tall as Scoots... And here I was thinking I was overdoing it with the land speed difference references when Grey decides to walk rather than TK Fly...

I think Dart thinks Grey is a couple of years older than him. She sounds more mature, but is still pretty dang small.

It's more of a "Fantastic Racism" thing. At least in a few fan fics I've read the sciences are highly populated by unicorns thanks to their magic making such things easier. In most of these fan fics there's some amount of discrimination/stereotyping against non-unicorns in the sciences as well.

Basically none of them thought she could even pass the class because of their racist ideas. Thus they were flabbergasted when she not only passed but did better than the rest of the mainly unicorn class.

Nope, just an earth pony who's abnormally small and physically weak. If you had read even the first couple sentences of her backstory or looked at her picture you would know that.

Well, that's entirely my fault then. I read her backstory when you first presented, but have been trying to not gather information that Cloud wouldn't already know and haven't checked it until, well just now to see that she is in fact a tiny earth pony with a tiny cape.

Okay, that's a matter of me being a moron and very nearly dyslexic. I thought it said Paths, not Parts. The ic post will be fixed asap, but she's giving you all the metal parts, meaning the wheels sans tires, the axels and the motor conponents. The actual carty parts will be your job.
