Though, it makes sense given how I pursue social links in Persona. That is, zero in on one and complete it as soon as humanly possible. I don't think I'd ever max all social links in one playthrough. XD

It's possible to, though. And easier in 4 than in 3 (you have I think it is 11 more "free", or "I screwed up" days than in 3).

That approach always felt kind of weirdly scummy to me. 'We've been such great friends I'll open my heart to you' 'Awesome I have all the power I'm going to get out of you' *ignore for rest of year unless fellow party member*

Persona 3 made me feel scuzzy regardless. It had a lot heavier focus on "Tell them what they want to hear" no matter if you focus on them or spread it out...It actually seemed creepier if you spread it out. "Oh, of course I'm outspoken and blunt, why wouldn't I be?" "Oh, of course I'm a good listener, tell me all your problems..." "No, I would never dream of flat-out telling someone they suck, that'd be a jerk move...!" Persona 4 was better about letting you get away with saying what needed to be said, though of course outside of the later S-links, you got more for saying what they liked...

...It doesn't help that 3 flat-out told you 'you can't get any more out of this person, stop talking to them.'

But there's still seven-eight levels to go in the link don't you see you're just asking for trouble trying for a happy ending this way!

We'll deal with it. What's the worst that could happen, the link reverses? That doesn't happen in 4...Well, except for two cases, and you really deserve it if you get them reversed...

I'm thinking of making an eplolog of the whole Zeela/Melody scene, and part of it involses making a Shapeshifting Potion, would getting a 34 pass the DC for a Temp-shapeshifter potion?

I... have no idea where to go with this scene right now so.... Doc, if you post first this time that'd be appreciated.

Yes it is, though I'm going to need time (Which I don't have right now) to put down what the lv 3 gives you.

Is 3 the follow-up or the cure a status?

If it's the status:

[0] Pick up - Immediate Reaction
trigger: The Linked ally is subjected to a (save ends) status effect
effect: The Linked ally may immediately make a saving throw.
Usable 1/battle

If its the attack:

[0] Follow-up - Immediate Reaction
trigger: You activate your special ability
Effect: the linked ally may make one attack action, paying pips as normal.
Usable 1/battle

Those are both really neat.

3 was follow-up attack.

Depending on if you're playing vanilla or Golden, Pick-up was either 5 or 1. Because apparently Atlus realized the whole "You became friends with X. X will now DIE FOR YOU!" thing was a little silly. On the other hand, they made the mission control so horrifically overpowered that it's absurd.

Do wanta note that the Shared Invetory list doesn't show what the level 2 Friendship bonus was. XD

Oh, didn't actually get something for lv 2. You get it on every odd.

Ah, ok... Thought we got some type of non-combat bonus or something.

So I take it everyone's cleared out their scenes then?
