Rough Race Expansion

Here's what I've collected so far.
Comment here on how to improve these races for the handbook. When possible, I'd like it if the races were more unusual (Buffalo is particularly derivative, which is fine but I'd like to do better).

If we can get some of the other interesting concepts done, like Zebras, they could make it in too.
