Across Equestria, this is what those bearing the title of villain hear in the dead of night. They pause in their machinations and wicked schemes, enthralled by the words uttered. Everyone, from the mightiest demons to the simplest thug, hangs onto what the voice says next.

Welcome to Token Evil.

As a seasoned GM, my only regret is that I've never ran an evil campaign - I've played in some, but never run one that was really an evil campaign and not "Bad guys reluctantly do good".

Well, here's one. Token Evil is intended to be short, fun, crazy, and utterly irresponsible. That said, I want to keep the game PG-13 as well as non-grimdark, so the *really* sadistic bunch will have to take a backseat for now. It is Equestria, after all.

Here are the character specifications:
Starting at level 4.
Tech level unrestricted up to Near-Future by earth standards (so no super-nano tech, but some robots) with approval.
All canon species allowed. Custom species will require approval.
Evil (some ambiguity is allowed)
Any wish to grant is allowed - world domination, infinite power, immortality etc - as long as approved.
Is able, in some manner, to work in a team (Not necessarily gladly, but it's a group RP so don't be a dick IRL)
Set in Pre-Mane-6 Modern Equestria.

Ooh, I'm interested. I was interested the last time a villainous campaign popped, but that didn't go anywhere, and I've ran a villain campaign of my own, but that didn't get far either. I'll start concepting up some villains then. What sort of setting is this time-wise?

Modern Equestria, but pre-Mane 6. Basically Celestia is the only Princess with political power.

Well I had those villain ideas from the last villain campaign that I didn't play in. I'll post interest.

I'd be willing to give this a go. I don't have a lot of experience playing straight villains.

Well, I've got a good villain character concept lying around so why not. I drafted up a character in a couple hours.
#1074 the Animated Armor
#1074 AKA Iota is an animated armor in the demon legion who wants to be more than just a set of animated armor to be sent into battle and be purified by harmony like the rest.
It's basically the bad guy equivalent of the average joe trying to get a better job by genie wish.
Mechanically speaking Iota is a hybrid Brawn/Arcana character. In combat it's a tank/attacker hybrid.

I've had some free time so I've made a character based on the Blast From The Past scum build.
Igni-Ancalon, Phoenix Warlord
Igni-Ancalon is a support character who focuses on bestowing minor effects while keeping herself out of the line of fire. Her primary stat is Precision (Acrobatics) and doesn't really have a dump stat.
Story wise she's a Phoenix warlord who was smote by Celestia and desires revenge on the royal lineage.

(Since it is a custom race, I have already OK'd kobolds with Shazam before starting my character...)

Currently working on my character concept. I'm still getting used to the system mechanics, and I want to make sure I get it right, plus I'm working to avoid overlapping too much with anyone else's concept.
