Yeah either be a +2 or a +1 would be more fair. Hell I would be for it being a +1 to all skills. That'd be interesting.

I think +2 works, because +1 basically just means you get Applejack of All Trades.

I agree, but if it was +1 to all stats that'd be different enough to be worthwhile I'd say.

Yeah that was what I was suggesting if you'd go with just a +1 boost.

Made some changes. Modified the level 3 ability and and Level 10 ability. Level 10 is a little wordy and may be unclear. My intentions are, on a persuasion roll, add your skill + modifiers + skill again. Not sure if I conveyed that.

Also, this is the most interesting pony in the world, but I'm not the most interesting writer in the world. Any suggestion? Anyone want to give a shot at the flavor text?

I still am wondering what the intent about the level 7 skill is for... So this skill is overall ment to be for those that are just that good at talking that they move the world itself at it's words?

Yeah, basically. They can do arcane stuff like a unicorn without necessary needing a horn, but they need to verbalize it in the form of a request. For example, if trying to examine a magical item, they'd need to ask it about its properties.

I've edited the The Most Interesting Pony In The World, beefing it up and clarifying things(I hope).

Thoughts?

I'd say show it to Dan. He may have some issues with it to being mostly about stat increases, and it may actually be underpowered in some aspects, but I definitely think it has some potential and he will be able to work with you to smooth out the edges to make it official.
