Eeyup.
Dr Blight wrote:Well I'm happy to announce that I think I'm about ready to make the OOC. Not too much still left to do now on my own so I think we might even be able to start by Monday if not earlier. Just gotta finish detailing some of the NPCs and monsters, post the monsters up for review. And from there work with you all to get things started.
Oh and name the campaign. I have no idea what to call this. Anyone have any tips for naming your campaign?
Rise of the Windigo King, maybe?

I vote for "Flaming Idiot".
Wait, for the campaign? Oh, then I vote for "Flaming Idiot" "Rise of the Windigo King"!
The Wendigo,
The Wendigo!
I saw it just a friend ago!
Last night it lurked in Canada;
Tonight, on your veranada!
As you are lolling hammockwise
It contemplates you stomachwise.
You loll,
It contemplates,
It lollops.
The rest is merely gulps and gollops.

Side Side note why does a doctor need history? that training could be better spent in an other stat.
^Does it really matter if two characters have the same stat spread? Stats aren't the only thing that make two characters unique.
-And yeah, I totally agree with Subjectz. It makes perfect sense for a Doctor to have a high history stat. He'd have to have read A LOT to become a doctor in the first place, and you know - there is such a thing as a history of medicine.
Sub, I'd say do whatever you want man. The team will still work + you're already being a big team player by taking the doctor route in the first place.
BTW - Rise of the Windigo King sounds good, and it probably would be best if we got hold of some kind of map eventually DB. You know, my P-Files map doesn't have any measurement guides either. You don't really need them as long as you can guesstimate.
I'll try to get my character sheet posted sometime tomorrow night. I still need to finalize my abilities and write up a backstory.

Re: GM Tips for an RPG rookie?
lol It looks like this party is already about full up, what with five people and all. Still, I'm looking to join a group so I'll go ahead and throw my character out there for consideration anyway: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BwXe6jd_VU7jNGdVZmlVUl9iSHM I think it would be funny to see a party with a superhero, a supervillain, a changeling, and a changeling-hater all together. I would imagine tailoring a scenario might be difficult for the GM though, what with everyone having totally different goals and motivations.

Well, if this party is full, I do have an evil (kinda sorta) campaign I just posted just waiting for new players. I think your character could work pretty well there with a bit of tweaking.

I'd say have an accurate map for yourself, and give us a terrible and awfully inaccurate one, then laugh as we get lost.
