Ok, but considering H doesn't have a key with which to open another chest...

I'm not sure what we need to close the chests for, since I'm getting that "Be." (the note from Chest H) is the last note. Still, I agree, go for F and let's see if the guess about the letters is right.

Anyone want another hint, someone else has to make the roll. It'll also be no assist, because this'll be entirely OOC. Also, don't worry so much, its just Storm and he's gonna be pretty much fine.

Yeah, from what I can tell the gas doesn't do anything major - 2 damage and a Perception penalty.

I'd make that hint roll but Dodger is pretty freakin' stupid. I'd be happy to spend a Magic Point to assist anyone, though.

With Dodger's Earth pony assist, that should be enough to take his roll to 20.

I'm actually more curious as to what the clue in this chest is.

I suppose so. Given that you know what caused it, you don't need to diagnose it, but given that the gas is mysterious, the gases you've already seen are different, and you didn't have a chance to study them...

Can Storm pick up any details from the message or the way it was engraved? Was that message engraved when the mirror was made, or later on, for instance.

The mirror itself is very old. It is probably safe to assume the etching was not done when the mirror was made, though whether it was done a long time ago or just recently is unknown.

He could do that, but he would have to continually maintain it to keep it active.

I think this doable and worth it if the chests are going to keep spewing gas into the room.

I would just like to remind everybody that their are still not-zombie ponies walking about outside that were just trying to break in not too long ago.

I don't think they've got a long attention span. If we're quiet, we should be okay.

Barring Bronymous' comment aside, your assumption is based off of what evidence.

Basically they exist in a dreamlike state. The behavior I've observed beforehand tells me what they see only marginally corresponds with what they're hallucinating.

However, we might not have a problem with ventilation yet, but I'm thinking if we keep guessing wrong on the chests, it might be.
