Psychoneights (Begun) (PbP)

I'm honestly not sure. Everything seems to have grinded to something of a halt. I'm hoping for a bit of RPing, then we can hop into the first dungeon, but it's getting really tempting to just jump start the plot. I'm not going to do that though. I don't wanna screw over the pacing that way.

Neither of us expressly said that they sat together, but it'd be a convenient way of getting them together. If there's no objections to them sitting together, I can pair them up later today.

I didn't realize Marsh was being addressed since I didn't think everyone was sitting together. I'll need to figure how she'll react since she may have difficulty getting used to Dart.

I thought you were trying to address Paladin and maybe Pyro, as Marsh and Cloud aren't Dart's cabinmates due to not being boys. It's possible that I'm just severely mistaken about the segregated cabins and/or Dart's gender identity though.

I somewhat assumed we were all in the same cabin. That may have been a horrible miscalculation on my part. If they are segregated, Dart would have no idea who these fillies are. If so, I can edit my post.

The campers are segregated by gender where cabins are concerned, but campers often sneak to each others cabins, either because they're friends or for...other reasons. It's up to Crys whether Pyro gives a flying crap about this or not.

Haven't read through the IC thread yet but based on the synopsis in the OP of this thread it sounds like fun. Would a non-pony character be allowed to join?

Human characters? No. You can make a new character, but those won't work at all. You can be "non-pony" as long as it still fits into the rping world and it's atmosphere. This is the land of magical ponies. Animeish humans don't work well with that aesthetic, no matter what Equestria girls and/or Rainbow Rocks might say.

She's a Pixie, you know those tiny little flying humanoids that tend to play tricks on people traveling through the forest.

I haven't put their sizes into the PDFs yet have I?... She's 12" 4# in either form and Thorn is 6" 2# in his normal form and 12" 4# in Death's Scythe form.

If that doesn't change your opinion on her inclusion I guess I can make a new character but I'd love to play with this one if possible.

... I also haven't typed up much of their backstory but it's somewhat similar to the twins in Black Lagoon, though they aren't quite as evil... I just can't manage to RP that level of creepy evilness...

It's still highly humanoid and that doesn't fit well at all with the aesthetic of the RP.

If you just want the fairy/pixie parts, you might consider a Flutterpony.

Flutterponies? Are they like the Breezies in that recent episode? I only just got into MLP between seasons 3 and 4 of FiM so I don't know about anything that was in others of these 'generations' I keep hearing about.

Oh my, you went there.

Flutter ponies and the breezies from earlier generations of the franchise were a lot less...frail...than modern breezies.  That said, FiM's breezies probably would be a good idea for someone who wanted to be a fairy due to small size and the ambiguous "has magic" status.

Yeah, Breezies came to mind here.  Also, if anyone plays a Pixie, I'm going to expect a "Hey!  Listen!", "Watch Out!" or "Hello!" every now and then.

That's fairies not Pixies... Not to mention my character's too crazy in the evil way to do such plebeian things.

I'll work on a new character design and check back later.

As for your question, Cardbo, Emotional baggage is a thing, but what you're thinking of are memory vaults. And those are also a thing, so Dart is completely right in his assumption about the embarrassing moments.

Good. You're on the right track, though I'll want to know more about Grey Matter's personality and history as well as his combat traits. I'd also like to know what you mean by "Mini earth pony, whether you're implying foal or other species. Headed the right way though.

Basically the 'Mini' part is just referring to the fact that she's fully grown at only 12" tall. (What are the average heights for the MLP main races anyways?) I tend to make up my characters as I go along but basically my idea for Grey Matter is that she's always been a super genius able to memorize stuff easily and such but just recently discovered that there are others in the world with abilities like hers from whom she may be able to learn more than she could from books.

Partially decided on the Audiomancy part so I'd have an excuse for how I know everything that's happened so far not just bits and pieces.
