Ponysona 4, the Campaign.

George and Star can find their way to the cemetery after a little bit of time, the sun on its way down, and see an elderly colt at the enterance gate.

"So then... Um... Rumor, Icing, Brash... How has your day been?" Zeela asked.

Rumor smiles and Winks at brash. "Wonderful." before skipping off.

George and Star- Roll Perception.

"I'll see you again later for our chat..." Zeela comments as Rumor left.

Roll (Perception)

roll:

"Ah, anyhow, see you there!" Melody hung up her phone, levitating it back into a pocket on her costume and looked at the others, blinking. "Rumor took off...? ah well...Uhm, That was Star. Apparently, Shiro took off to the cemetary, they wanted us to meet them there...Uhm. Does anyone know -where- the cemetary is?" She glanced around, trying to think...She thought it was...That way?

Brash gave Rumor a friendly wave goodbye and then gave Zeela a curious look in response to her comment.

Responding to Zeela's question he said, "Busy I guess? The engineering department is a real gas though. I checked out a weapons shop" at this he points off to where it is, "the guy said he'd give me some free lasers if I got some other people to buy stuff. I figure that'd be a good deal for us... considering. A good deal for me for sure since I don't actually have any bits."

"Why are we going to a cemetery? Were you telephoneticing with Star's ghost?" Brash asked Melody.

George and Star can look into the Cemetery and see a large number of tombstones, all with names of ponies on them, some shades of white, of browns, of greys, and even a few copper looking ones. George, however, can see that in front of one of the white stones is a shape of a foal leaning against it, camofllagued.

Borrowing the map for a second, Melody easily finds their way to the cemetery after a little while.

George eyes the elderly colt and the white tombstone as he approaches.
"Are you alright Shiro?"
Roll (Perception: Details on the Elderly colt)

Roll (Perception:What are the names on the tombstone?)

Roll:

The elderly stallion is just that, a grey stallion with a ton of wrinkles reading a book.
The names on the tombstone are Aoi and Kuro, with the subnotes of "Loving Parents."
Shiro is leaning against the tombstone, tears dry on his face and sleeping.

"A weapons store, huh? Well, I suppose a proper weapon beats beating them with a guitar and hoping for the best..." Melody chuckled softly, nodding and grinning. "We'll definitely need to check it out when we get a chance-What!? No, he's still alive! Shiro just went there, they were worried about him, wanted us there in case things weren't on the level, ya know?" Okay, Brash needed to learn not to listen to Rumor so seriously...That was just...Out there. "Besides, I don't think ghosts can use phones..."

"Aoi and Kuro. They must have been his..."
George glances around before leaning down to pick up Shiro.
Roll (Perception: Anyone else there?)

George sees a small kid putting flowers on another grave, and a few other people visiting the graves, but nothing stands out. He easily picks up the sleeping Shiro.

"Brash is new to Phones... I don't think he's yet fully understands how they work. I kinda recall the same going on with me. But wasn't as bad as him, I think... But the Phone-Pony walked me though it and then I fully got it. And no clue how to best explain it myself. I'm sure he'll eventually understand it once he starts using it. That's about when I fully got them myself." Zeela explains with a sigh.

Star looked at the grave, looked at the sleepingkid, looked at the grave, the kid..."Well, ****. That just blows. So, now what do we do? I mean, his parents are, I mean, what do you do I this sort of thing? I mean death is so oh **** oh **** I'm gonna die tonight aren't I with the Tzv oh ****." Star proceeds to freak out for a bit.

George looks at Star, then at the sleeping Shiro and then sighs.
He puts down Shiro.
Walks up to Star.
and cuffs him round the head.
"Stop panicing."

Feeling a blow to the back of the head while in full on panic breakdown mode was apparently too much for Star, who faints dead away.

Icing looks up from his textbook at the slapstick routine. "Serves you right."

It was an impressive skill, to walk while reading. Even more impressive for an earth pony with no ponykinesis to do it, requiring an odd hop-skip walk to compensate for one occupied leg. But he did it all the way from the food court to the graveyard, insistent on making up for daydreaming all class. He figured he was pretty close to caught up now. "I know its a grave matter and we shouldn't exhume any long-dead jokes, but I think a lesson of giggling at the ghastly would have been better than a neck chop. Then again, you're the doctor."

"Better than just leaving him to panic I guess."
George picks up Star Power.
"Pick up Shiro and let's go."

"Right..." Melody blinked...Okay, she joked about being able to taste people's emotions, but that...Had quite literally left a bitter taste in her mouth. She shook her head, sighing. "Yeah, we need to get him to Dojima as soon as possible...If he's panicing this much over nothing..." She moved, trying to lift Shiro onto her back to carry him as gently as possible... "Come on, little guy..."

((Because I derped and missed the post where the rest of us had found our way there.))

Everypony finds their way home, Star being brought in unconcious to his bed and Shiro sleeping all the way, and that night everypony finds themselves awake in front of a television. At midnight, the rain outside seems to grow heavy as an ethereal yellow glow comes from the television.

A version of Star appears, the differences being yellow eyes and him being emaciated and feral looking, along with a cloak with what look like faded pearls embeded into it. The shadow announces "Come one come all! To the Carnival of Lies!" The title appears onscreen as a grafiti-esque style clip art title "No honesty allowed! Come be anything but yourself! Always come out ahead as long as you are the better liar! Everypony's doing it and you can too! Learn how to lie and manipulate everypony around you after we come back from this break!" Shadow Star leans into the camera. "I'll be waiting." He chuckles evily as the screen clicks off.

George's coffee cup broke against his sofa as he stared in utter shock at his television.
This went for around half a minute.
Then ran for his rotary phone and tried to find Star Power's number and dial it in while panicing.
"Come on, please be there."
Roll (Perception: Was the right number chosen in his panic?)

Zeela's phone rings when george calls. In his tired and Panicked state, he looked at the wrong name for the number.

"...What," Melody was staring at the screen for a moment in stunned silence during Star's(?) ranting, blinking for a moment as the TV turned itself off before dashing forward, trying to reach into the TV and stop him...Before stopping and realizing that with her set, she'd be lucky to fit a leg in, much less pull him out. "Crap, what was that!? Carnival of...What in Tartarus...?" She muttered for a moment, seeming surprised. The thing was, though, she hadn't even had to -try- to recognize it as Star...Sort of...He looked wrong, like he hadn't eaten or something...She dialed his number, hoping her hunch was wrong, and focused...This Midnight channel stuff was magic, right...? Maybe she could learn something about it..."Come on, pick up..."
