Side note you should have sent six more wolves if you wanted a fair fight. They are each classed at .25 of one player.

I'm going to say that you were speaking pony, and that the wolves were able to understand, similar to how Fluttershy speaks pony but still manages to communicate between animals. It also allows for being able to speak to many different animals at once. Of course, while that means Sparks did understand what you said, he still would want to know how you spoke Timberwolf, especially if you were speaking in the normal tongue...

Also, technically, the unicorn who was originally running away from the timberwolves hid under the bridge before the fight, so he isn't downed anymore, but I understand what you want to do Tyger...

So, assuming you guys are taking Zippy the Hippy with you, are you still following the river, or shall you let him attempt to navigate you through the forest?

Admittedly, I've never done a skill challenge. I've only seen two examples; the one in Friendship is Dragons (where a single character does the rolls, and there's a single roll type made), and the skill challenges described in the 4th Edition DM Guide Book (which says that everyone rolls initiative, and everyone does skill checks in the order they rolled, and there are multiple different rolls possible). If you'd rather do it the other way, just say...

well it really depends on if it is a group thing so I assuming it is each would make a roll for what ever they are doing normally they just decide the order themselves but then again you are DM and your word is law.

You can choose which one of you two wishes to go first, since you are allowed to delay your initiative anyway. If you want to do a tie breaker, Fury, you don't have to add your negative modifier to the tie-breaking roll...

That said, in combat, if you and an enemy or NPC ally gets the same roll, I'll order you in what is most convenient (that means that, if a player takes their turn before you, you move first, but if I have the turn before you, the enemy or NPC gets their turn)...

I should have added that you only make one roll per turn. You don't all have to make a Streetwise and Endurance Check every round, unless I say otherwise. In this case, you can all make your own check (with the primary helpful ones mentioned, although if you can think of any reason to use a different one, then that's cool too), but one of you has to make an Endurance Check, and one of you has to make a Streetwise check...

Well, don't I feel sheepish... Anyways, with the reroll the endurance is 8+6+5+5=24
