I went by Polymorph Any Object for my difficulty curves and ideas. I need to be reminded now and again that this is not D&D.

Maybe I didn't make it super clear, but Koli is now roughly 8 inches tall. Wingspans about 15 inches each.

You have a miniature owl-like thing. Also, I definitely forgot to mention that its feathers have a green tint, the same color as Emerald's fur.

That was a note for Emerald, who said "the assassin is still at large". But no, the identity, motive, and method were all kept secret. The only details given were that it was not the action of an outside nation, and that Celestia had put up a significant fight.

Does the fact that Koli is hopping around Kanen's antlers indicate that she has talons? Also, did you see my earlier perception check for where the orb is?

EDIT: Heal Check. Is Koli's loss of abilities due to transformation? Will they return in time?

Talons are still speculation, you can't know for certain. I did put in the post that you found the remains of the shattered orb:

With a 15 you can determine that there definitely maybe might be a correlation between her transformation and losing her magic.

Emerald is a conspiracy theorist. Of course the assasssin's still at large, otherwise, there would be a big public display of friendship and tolerance as they immolated the assassin. She reads way too many stories (what with being a bard and all).
