Just want to say in advance, but Storm has no plan here. Ideally, I want to resolve this without actually fighting Dr. Quick-Fix and Juniper, because I think there may be some neat backstory that we're not seeing. I have a few hunches as to what they may be, but I don't want to say them here. So I toss it out to group. Anybody have any suggestions?

Assuming Sunburst gives Storm permission to examine her, I think I'm going to have Storm stealthily try to loosen Sunburst's restraint's.  May be the best he can offer.

EDIT: Can Storm use 'Magneto Is Best Pony' to weaken Sunburst links without Dr. Quick-Fix knowing? Would he need to roll a stealth check?

Cardbo, I was digging though character sheets and saw this in yours:

Occasionally dubbed “The World’s Laziest Pegasus”, Stormeye is exceedingly mellow and he’s rarely seen outside of a cloud. That may be why he exceeds at weather control. While in Flight School he discovered he didn’t really have a talent to flying, though he could hover real well, and could do so for hours. The stress of Flight School lead him to take a lot of painkillers and he discovered a love of medicine and a desire to relieve pain in others. In addition to his job in the weather patrol, he occasionally helps out at a free clinic.

However, as RP'd he seems more a full medical doctor vs. a "helps out at a free clinic" volunteer or even part time employee. And medical training typically involves years of university study, particularly since he's good enough to do full research and have FK in lab work, diagnosis, and potions. Which if he did would seem weird he'd have a Weather patrol job instead of actually working at said free clinic full time (do to the time investment involved in the training becoming a doctor).

This is relevant because Sunburst's background is a weather-pony, meaning that they should at least be a history check from recognizing one another (Sunburst has a tendency to jump around to different weather district so the lack of immediate recognition can be justified as Sunburst being new and/or they work different shifts thus don't really see each other.

Are we just going to call this background drift and say he is and has been a doctor through and through or try to keep with the kind of weird hybrid?

Background drift.  I wrote that when I first came up with the concept of Storm.  As I played him, he really drifted from the concept I had of him.  Wasn't sure if it mattered to the story at hand, but I do have a backstory in mind that I think would fit.  I'll write it up and let you and Bronymous take a look at it.

37 restores all uses of Daily or X/Day Abilities. But, since you guys just had an extended rest, I'm not sure you'd be getting much use out of it. Has anyone used a significant amount of Dailies? If not, we might just reroll that.

There should be a number of doors along the hall Gearick is in, she put him into one of those. I knew they were there but didn't mark them- forgot they were used for something.
