Rolf tries to scramble around in the tent to get free and find SOME frame of reference (his allies, shards on the ground, etc.) to try and get out.

Despite their best efforts, neither Rolf nor Jeraylia manage to effectively untangle themselves. Zthulan, however, manages to isolate and identify both Rolf and Jeraylia amongst the rabble trapped beneath the tent. He also notes that a few of the armed guards are about to free themselves with their weapons.

Getting Rolf's message, Jeraylia pokes around with her sword, trying to find the outermost fold, all the while trying to get a hold of Rolf. Tearing a hole and feeling the cool touch of air, she thrusts her arm though and waves it about to get Zthulan's attention. Then she attempts to pull them out.

Jeraylia easily cuts a swathe out of the fabric and frees herself, and with the assistance of Zthulan and Rolf himself, provides Rolf a hole to climb out of as well. However, she fails to pull him out herself, as it appears he is restrained by something.
Though he succeed in conjuring up a knife suitable for the task, Rolf's magic flashes brightly, making his location known to most of the trapped and no-longer trapped cultists. One of them, still underneath the fabric, grabs him by the legs in an attempt to restrain him, whilst the armed guards, now free, take aim again...
Meanwhile, very close to the trio, a fire appears to have caught onto the fabric, likely a result of the candles the fabric fell upon...

Rolf lifts the fabric so that he's looking at the cultist grabbing his legs. "Hey buddy!" Once the cultist looks up, he holds up the knife. "Catch!" He then throws the knife down at the cultist's face.

"Not without you!" Rushing over to the arm, Zthulan spits a breath of flame to deter it from Rolf's leg. Koras, Signaled by a pointed claw, flies towards the armed cultist with a screech to cause a distraction.

Characters of your race cannot be harmed by any naturally occurring heat, including natural fire and lava (though magical fire blasts and similar can still harm them in combat). Characters of your race can also safely create puffs of flame at will. These puffs of flame are identical to a torch in many respects and are capable of burning objects and lighting fires outside of combat just as a torch might. Puffs of flame are ordinary fire, they extinguish quickly without tinder.

The trio are now standing besides a collapsed tent which is, as is common sight by now, quickly catching fire. Those cultists that aren't still fumbling and panicking under the fabric are freeing themselves, and appear willing to relieve their frustrations and anger on the trio via cutlery, tenderizing tools, perforating products, and incendiary versions of such.

Either one of you familiar with the workings of a dragonborn? We can produce smog of smokes or flares using our fire glands... Going to need a few seconds to charge enough heat for it though.

"Oh, crap." Rolf quickly tries lifting some dirt and dust from the surroundings and dumps in on the fire on his cloak in an attempt to snuff it out.
"Alright, the plan is this: Once I throw my battering ram at the north wall, Zthulan sends up a big cloud of smoke around the cultists. While the cultist run north, we then run to the tent in the east. Get ready."

Recalling Koras with a sharp whistle, Zthulan gives the cultist a toothy grin. Putting a finger on his left nostril, he expels stream of smoke to surround the team out the other.

Characters of your race can turn a flame into either a burst of blinding fireworks (blinding all creatures that see it within 120-ft of the fire source) or a thick cloud of smoke (extending 20 feet in all directions from the fire source and lasting 18 seconds).
OOC: Since it says that this is used on a flame. Could a puff of flame from being Fireborn be used? Thus allowing Zthulan to blow some smoke directly?

Rolf manages to put out the fire on his robe. His cloak also helpfully brushes it of soot.
The north wall crumbles from the spectral siege weapon, leaving behind a fairly large hole, a dozen meters away from the other, permanently immolated gap in the walls. Following suit, Zthulan releases a billowing cloud of smoke, obscuring all vision. The cultists start shouting, obviously confused and disoriented, but no less angry.
Stealth check if you're being discreet about your exit, add +10 with the smoke. You can also all roll perception.

"Right then, let's try to sneak over to the other tent. Hopefully the cultists will take the bait and try "chasing us" out of the hole." Rolf tried to make his way over to the eastern tent without being spotted.

Rolf notices that his cloak appears to have intentionally set itself ablaze whilst Rolf wasn't paying attention, and manages to stymy the flames from it before they blow his cover, or otherwise spread to other parts of him. At the eastern-most tent, he can smell the (now familiar, through experience) stench of burnt and rotten flesh. The tent itself is glowing, but it doesn't seem like there's anyone inside of it.

Zthulan mimics Jeraylia in her own sights and actions. The cultists, after the smoke clears, yell a lot and fling accusations between each other, whilst a few go outside through the "new hole". Even though the trio is exposed from the glowing tent, they haven't noticed them yet from the effective distraction.

Seeing no silouettes inside the tent, Jeraylia lifted an edge and motioned the others inside.
We didn't see any lit up by the light did we? Also taking the assumption/risk in character that there weren't any on the other side of the light and thus not cast visible shadows towards us. Just a heads up for you other guys.

Entering the tent, Jeraylia immediately identifies the glowing as that of another large crystal, similar to the one they broke minutes before. It is floating and glowing, as the previous one did, only this one, rather than have individuals seemingly channel into it, appears to be... automated.
Three robed, and one disrobed, humanoids appear to have been impaled into the crystal by jagged, metallic rods/spears. The disrobed one appears to be dead, and in a dessicated state, whilst two of the robed ones aren't moving, bleeding steadily from the penetrating wounds. The fourth, despite the apparent wounds and missing legs (the stumps or which appear to have been cauterized) is somehow conscious, and becomes aware of Jeraylia's presence. Dashing into the tent, Zthulan's eyes widen at the scene. Rushing over to the screaming person, he firmly grabs the victim's head. "Please try and remain quiet!" Doing his best to sound soothing Zthulan examines the damage to the person and their identity.
How exactly is the person impaled? Directly through the chest or..? Also, are the bodies in cultist robes?

"Blasted cloak," Rolf muttered as he walked into the tent, "You're willing to set yourself on fire just to try and ruin my life...oooh great gods!" Rolf winced as he looked upon the impaled figures. He tried figuring out what was keeping the crystal afloat and working. "Probably the ritual keeping it charged doesn't require "willing volunteers"."
