Your lasers apply to any attack that you want them to, just so long as it's an Attack, not a Utility.

oh- Your weapons are just bonus ones- not counting your other one and you can add that bonus to an attack, or not if you don't want (Like if the enemy reflects Ice or Absorbs Wind for example.

Yeah, Icing put it as a seperate weapon. And it's triggerable so you don't heal an enemy or get locked out of a fight with something that absorbs your element.

If I recall the event right: Zeela and Melody had a little heart to heart were Zeela explained a little about her past God Betryal and Death of an Ally last time she had a group like this, they hugged, it was cute, and Logan gave us that talent for it.
