"It's kinda surprising, but I guess a lot of things are different there...I'm with you, though, I hope my history class gets to covering Equestria soon...I mean, it sounds like a really neat place...Might have to pay it a visit sometime..." Melody smiled, thinking as she spoke. It'd be amazing, or so she'd concluded.

Zeela shutters. "Just stay away from a little town called Greendale..."

"Oooooh! Lasers!" Brash says excitedly but, then his face darkens, "Oh right. I don't have any bits here. Hmmm, maybe I could get the school to swing for em. Could say I need a precision cutting tool and hey, it would be safer than cutting torches." "Zwahandwhatnows?" Brash asks.

The colt pats Brash on the shoulder again and laughs a booming laugh. "You don't have any bits, eh? Well there're a couple jobs around town to do, but how about this. If you promise to get me a couple customers, I'll give you the lasers for free. Sound good?"

"Oh, and a Zweihander is..." He pulls out a massive sword from behind his counter. "This guy."

Brash briefly contemplates making a board out of the sword and brushes the idea aside and concludes he has no idea why anyone would need something so unweildly. "Sure! I'll see what I can do." He then looks around the store some more, just examining various things before figuring he should really check out other stores since it's not like he got to yesterday.

There's also a shop that sells various types of clothing, some of which the shopkeep whispers can protect you from shocks and the like, and a smaller shop that sells rings and other jewels, however those are pricy. There's also the velvet room door, a food place that sells "Portals to the meat dimension", and quite a few smaller shops. You also see a grape colored pony skipping into the shop who you recall is Rumor Mill.

Brash follows after Rumor Mill and says, "Howdy."

Brash turns and smiles. "Hi there Landing! What's up? You want to hang around with me or something?" She giggles, a little red."

Brash shrugs and replies, "Sure. Why not? It might be informative at least." To whom he doesn't specify.

Rumor giggles and pulls you over to an ice cream shop, grabbing a grape sorbet. "So, what did you want to talk to me about? I know a lot of things, so you might just want a rumor."

Brash glances at the sorbet longingly and says, "Well, I'm still new so, there's a whole lot I could ask. But, I guess first I'd like to know more about you."

Rumor giggles a little bit and hands you the sorbet, grabbing another one for herself and paying the shopkeep. "You're cute."

"A lot of ponies only know that my talent is spreading rumors, but that's a rumor that's "Like tooootally not true?"" She puts on a stereotypical valley girl voice. "My talent is like... sooooo much cuter than that. I, Like, can tell the most wonderful stories!"

The voice is off. "But nopony believes me."

"Thanks!" Brash replies, giving no indication if he means the sorbet or the compliment and digs in. To the sorbet. How would he dig into a compliment you silly people?

Brash replies with a sincere smile, "Nopony believed me when I said my talent was flying either. Though I suppose they were kinda correct since it's more than that. I just don't know how to put it aside from magnificent methods of motility. All I knew is that I belonged up in the clouds, even if sometimes that's just where my head is at. Uh. Heh. Anyhow, I'd love to hear a story." and then he takes another bite of sorbet.

Moon to lv 2

George quite literally crosses into the trios (Zeela, Melody and Star Power) path, almost tripping over them in the process.
"I'm sorry I didn't see you there."

Zeela chuckles. "What luck, just who we were looking for..." Then she looks to see if Shiro just happened to be with the Griffon.

"Oh, hey, there!" Melody stumbled back to avoid tripping him up, smiling happily. She glanced around as well, trying to see where Shiro was, as if the extra pair of eyes would make him appear out of nowhere...

"So George, where's Shiro?" Zeela asked.

"When I left this morning he was still in my bed. Of course I did get a message after the morning shift from that I shouldn't worry if he's not at my house."
His face slowly falls as the implications finally dawn on him and he then smacks himself in the face.
"I guess I can't guarantee that I know where he is afterall."
He starts off towards his house dragging Star Power with him.
"I'll take whateverhisnameis and check to see if he actually is there, ask around if anyone has seen Shiro around or if they've seen anything suspicous. I'll call if he actually is there."

"Oh great...." Zeela said then after a five second pause said. "I'll take Melody, head to the police, and try to find out anything about where Shiro's family is... Hope to make some headway there." Also she made sure everyone exchanged numbers...

(OOC: Can I head back there to the police without a roll?)

Zeela finds her way to the Police station easily.

"Not good..." Melody muttered quietly, following Zeela with a nod...Zeela seemed to have a plan, and she didn't wanna mess it up by being careless. "So, ah...How much are we gonna tell the police if they ask about our interest in this...? I mean, some of this stuff sounds crazy..." She glanced at the winged zebra, curious now.

"We just know about a missing foal and wish to tell said foal's parents about something privet... Hopefully they'll help us with just having that little of information..." Zeela states with a sigh, not having the best of hope here, but it was the best they had to work with. Then she went to talk with the police about Shiro and wishing to look for said foal's parents asap about their missing colt...

Persuasion check:

"That...Makes it sound like we're holding him ransom...But we don't have a better plan, so..." She nodded, following her, chiming in where appropriate to try and get the police to help them...

"Shiro..." The stallion looks at you flatly. "Shiro is, even though the age doesn't fit, the prime suspect in the murder of his parents. All evidence points to that child, but his alibi is more airtight than a jar of pickles."
