Question about versions of pony tales

Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone can tell me why this Pony Tales: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1LaHX_aeWrw5643u040zqovePyesWI5KAXgkoHEqDazQ/edit?pli=1 and this one: http://catspaw-dtp-services.deviantart.com/gallery/32801780 are so different? Are they completely seperate systems? Is one of them newer?

Why yes, this version of Pony Tales is newer and developed completely separately. The other version has some background, but it's less modular then this version. To each their own.

Yep, developed separately - we just hit on the same name. And this Pony Tales, the first one you linked, is much newer.
