Dodger watched as Storm talked with the mare at the end of the hall. She didn't look infected... well, if she was, she didn't look and act like the zombies still outside. From what he could tell they were making introductions and asking questions, and Dodger didn't feel like it would do any harm to join them. He walked towards Storm and the new mare, clearing his throat to get attention.

"Pardon me for interrupting," said Dodger. "Storm, I found some things you might find interesting. But first, I believe I should introduce myself."

He bowed before the new pony.

"My name is Dodger," he said, introducing himself (duh). "It's a pleasure to meet you, miss..."

"Charmed, Miss Bells. I found a list of items that I cannot read, given my current condition," said Dodger, pulling out the list and showing it. "Information on what, exactly, Figure Head was doing before his unfortunate accident, and how to open the chest puzzle so we may work towards opening the Void Window. As to what's behind that window I'm still not entirely sure."

Copper does know about the chests, what they're being used for, and that they are connected to opening the Void Window. She does not remember how to open the chests (daydreaming in class), nor, unfortunately, how to even disarm the traps (probably saw a bird fly by the window or something).

The ledger pages are notes, and seem to be observations about he mare you just found. They are brief, one line notes, taken while Bells was performing any of a number of various tasks within the lab. Most of them are casual or neutral, critiquing her performance- a skipped step here, a knocked over beaker there, a few positives as well.

However, the most recent ones have been interspersed with some notes that are a bit... out there. One accuses her of being an accomplice to Assassins. Another gives a rather crude compliment. The very last note, dated a few days ago (right before the attacks) reads "She will bring all of this to an abrupt and painful end."

"Well, I came to town about a month ago, and he was curious about my culture and I was curious about his, so we agreed that I would stay with him for a month or two as an apprentice- apprentice? Yes, I believe the word is apprentice. Sorry, I am not entirely comfortable with your language yet, so some words are photosynthesis to me, though I can carry on a simple talk." Silver Bells says, her foreign accent showing as she stumbles over a couple words.

HISTORY CHECK I GUESS:
17(roll) + 10(skill) = 27

Bells is aware that Figure Head is well known as eccentric and odd normally, so stranger or weirder would be a stretch. However, she did notice that his eccentricities changed over time as she knew him. He became quieter around her, giving her more odd looks, even becoming seemingly less trusting as time went on, instead of moreso. And considering Bells culture, that would certainly seem odd and possibly suspicious.

Dodger sits and patiently listens. He wondered where Kanen was, but he didn't want to interrupt the nice young mare's story unless it was absolutely necessary, and from what he could tell, it wasn't.
