Pony LOLs?

Not that I myself plan on DMing a game any time soon, but who else would join a PbP game where EVERYBODY'S element is laughter, including the NPCs?

Yes, I wish to join this theorical game in a heartbeat... I COME FOR THE LAUGHTER! Would likely build my super-laughter build if allowed. XD

Don't think the NPCs should be allowed to use laughter though, that'd be a bit too far.

Well, if not the NPCs, then at least the big-bads?

This would be nuts!  You would need a very loose plot, but this would be fun as hell! Perhpas encourage players to all use envirnment warping abilities such as Create Crazy Contraption and Fabricate? Also, I think lesser versions of Xel's "super laughter build" would be in order as a requirement.

Maybe a plot so loose it's a sandbox?

Anyway, I'd be willing to play, but in addition to people not taking things seriously I'd like to request that the plot not take itself seriously either. I know that should probably go without saying, but...just in case. Yeah.

For thoses who wish to know, the Super-Laughter Build: Spellchild + Derp + Master of Madness. (and if able too, add in the talent spec system for another upgrade to fun doubled to three per laughter roll: meaning at level 7 you can roll 15 a day if you feel like it.)

Hey, maybe, to make it even more fun, each player could make their own Table of Fun (though it would have to go through DM approval and editing, and they wouldn't be allowed to see the edited version so there could still be an element of surprise)  

I enjoy the idea of each player having their own Table of Fun. That'd help to make it all the more wild, crazy, and FUN!

Better than forcing the GM to make them all for sure.

I already have my own Tons of Fun table made up, so that'll work too. Probably. Hopefully???

Well if enough people actually are interested, then before this could actually happen, we'd need a DM (unless you want an inexperienced player like me to DM, for some crazy reason) with a fitting plot, if they don't decide to make it a sandbox

Hey, I say best to try it out. This was how the Campaign of Jokers happened for myself where I ended up being the GM, and while I wasn't that great, I still don't regret trying. It's your idea, why not try to run into a reality?
