"The kind of Parteien the Prinzessin likes, and the kind that her Gäste likes, are too different." Snowburst just looks down, upset, but she seems use to this...

Starsprinkle debated whether or not it would be ethical at this point to use her spell on all these ponies. Then she remembered two things - one, she was in a dream. It didn't really matter that much if she offended these ponies somehow! Besides, it's not like she wasn't used to it. Two, that butler was REALLY rude, and to his young charge, even! No one should be that mean to a young filly and get away with it! So she prepared the spell...

"Sure!" said Starsprinkle. "Lead the way!"

The maid leads the way, opting for a seat close to the princess, although many are that far up the table...

(Jinx Ready, just say the word. Just keep in mind though, Jinx triggers on any skill check made by any creatures (other than yourself, of course) in range...)

GET JINXED!

Seeing the Princess's downcast look stirred something inside Frost. Anger, at how she seemed so restricted by these rulers. She was a princess, and yet she was being kept hedged in by this butler pony. Without warning, he stood up. "Come on, there must be something we can do to have fun around here!" he said, trying to sound cheerful, but he could tell that his frustration was creeping into his voice. He then launched himself into the air, intending to fly up a few feet, and look around at the room to gauge the other ponies reactions.

Honey Sticks leaped towards the minotaur. "Catch meeeeee!" she shouted as she flew through the air towards him...

Quartz sighs. "The foolishness of youth.", moving to the side to avoid Honey's leap.

You fly straight upwards and, focusing more on the ponies around the room rather than how close you were to the ceiling of the room, you bump the back of your head onto the ice above. You are left with a pain in the back of your head and slightly disorientated...

Honey's leap goes uncaught, and she heads towards the cold hard ice floor face first. Smarty Pants moves to your landing point, putting his stuffed arms up and calling out "I've got you!" He begins to regret this decision as it becomes apparent that he doesn't got you. At least he softened the blow to your head a tad...

"Owww.."Frost really should have been paying more attention. In fact he was so focused on how he should have been paying more attention, he wasn't paying any attention in his attempts to fly back down

"Aren't you gonna try and stop this?" asked Starsprinkle.

"Oof!" was all Honey Sticks could manage to say for a moment. Once she steadied herself, she found herself at the butler's feet. "Haaaaaiii... I think someone's gruuumpyy."

(I don't think you really need a check for flying if you are in no rush really, but if you insist...)

You land on the table, knocking over cakes, chocolates and other sweet treats off. You hooves are now dirty, and the fancy ponies around you have moved away from the table and complain about you between each other. Some try to be quiet about it, but considering how easily you seem to hear them talk about how unsophisticated and moronic you are, their comments seem to be the loudest...

Two guards approach the table. "Sir, could you step down from the table please?"

The butler just gives you an angry stare, before breaking away to turn to Snowburst. "Meine prinzessin, may I suggest we move to the throne room?"

"But I haven't eaten yet," is the innocent response...

"I insist. We can eat later."

"But I'm hungry now!"

Frost's head was still hurting, but he managed to overhear the butler's remarks, and hopped off the table and approached them, saying loudly, "Then what is your job? Being a total jerk to your Princess? Being a complete snob, looking down on everypony?" Frost wasn't quite sure whether he was just yelling at the butler or the courtiers too, or if any of this made sense, but he was too mad and embarrassed to care by this point.

Quartz, seeing the commotion and chaos that resulted at the table, makes the most of the situation and grabs extra servings of cake for himself. "Hm, this stuff is good! And sir butler, I'd like to point out, that the princess technically is your employer and ruler here."

The butler, most likely unable to grit his teeth any further at this point, lets out an exasperated grunt, walks away from the side of Snowburst and proceeds to head towards the main exit of the dining room...

"Aaaaw, you're leaving?" filly asked, still laying on the floor. She got up to her feet with a little more trouble than normal. She then felt an URGE. It was a very sudden, naughty sort of urge. The sort of urge that Momma would spank over. But clearly, CLEARLY, this meany-mc-mean pants deserved it. She started to go to Smarty Pants; and them expired the pretty wizard mare that was having tea earlier with the Princess. She decided, arbitrarily, to ask her instead.

"Let's go put marbles on the stairs!"

((As Starsprinkle is unaffected by Jinx, this should be pretty easy for her.))

Starsprinkle never could say no to a filly. They were just so adorable! Plus if it made that meany-pants butler mad...

"Okeydokey!" said Starsprinkle. "Do ya have any? I didn't bring mine..."

The filly stared blankly. "You're a wizard, aren't you? Do a Magic trick! Can't you just make some?"

"Oh! Right!" said Starsprinkle. "Sorry! I forgot I could do that! It'sjustthatnoponyeverwantstoplaymarbleswithme

Starsprinkle concentrates, then conjures up a jar of marbles. Concentrating some more, she turns the jar and its contents invisible. Then, giggling, she heads for the stairs and uses her Ponykinesis to dump them all over...

Frost followed the giggling unicorn hesitantly. He did want to see that butler get what was coming to him, but hopefully he wouldn't get too hurt by this prank. And, hey if he wasn't too hurt by the marbles, there were other ways to make ponies trip that he knew, but never tried before.Ways that involved  large quantities of ice...

Honey Sticks made a big grin as Sprinkle went about placing invisible marbles on the stairs. To add to the fun, she decided to try a trick her mom liked - although she couldn't recall what it was called. No doubt Smarty Pants knew, but where was he anyways?

"WAAAAAIIIT!" she screeched, darting to place herself between the Butler and the stairs. "Don't go there!" She threw her forehooves wide in a blocking gesture as her eyes narrowed.

"IT'S BAD LUCK, " she said, in a seriousness Batmare would be proud of.

(... Well, it is! The word she's not thinking of is reverse psychology.))

Quartz continues eating as politely as he can. "Is your butler always in such a rigid mood, miss Snowburst? Has our arrival upset him in some manner?"
