Speaking of Chaos. Obviously you banned the Element thereof, taking it out of our already minimal control, but surely there will be unpredictable events in a similar vein? Things that even you, the Game Master, can't truly account for?

You mean like, instead of chaos triggering at will, Chaos effects happen randomly? Yes.

Speaking of the Virtue of Chaos, I'm not saying that there won't eventually be a way for you people to activate such a thing, you just can't take it as an element.

Okay, after plenty of thinking (and much appreciated advice) a plan should we need to start without a sixth element has been made. First off, I guess I should ask if anyone has any objections to this. Second, if we do start with just five, what day would be a good time for you guys?

I have a handful of ideas for what your angle on a 5 element game might be, and all of them sound cool, so I'd be just fine with it.

Any time after this coming Monday is equally acceptable to me.

Yeah, made some last minute tinkering to certain stats, so the spreadsheet might need updating.

EDIT I'll tinker with the image and get it uploaded before the game starts. For some reason the code didn't include the tinkering I did to her; among other things, Compass is not supposed to be naked.

Fixed the portrait, and tweaked some colors (What business does she have, having a matching color scheme in Discord's Realm?) Also tweaked the build a little; switch Mechanics Training for Stealth Training, and switched Be Prepared for Samurai Strike.

Thanks to my family for not telling me that family is coming over tomorrow until today, It'll probably be best for me to set up the IC thread later today. Going to take things a bit slowly to start, but hopefully it won't be too difficult.

Oh, and for the record, Discord gave the contestants five minutes to say goodbye, not an hour. Played out the five minute goodbyes with some of the others and everything.

I hate to be a bother, but yeah it is kind of a thing. The point was you have a very limited time to say good bye and make arrangements. And like I said, I already roleplayed out five minute goodbyes with some of the other players, so I'd like it all to be even.

...you know, I was thinking it would be so like Discord to give one pony an hour, and cut SOMEONE ELSES HEARTWARMING GOODBYE short by only giving them five.

But that might be because I also picture him giving someone else just long enough to say "I'minthediscordgames,love you,k,bye!"

And, but why cut one pony's goodbye short when he can cut everybody's goodbye short? And I'm sure he's done that before. Like it said in the thread though, Discord likes to switch things up.
