"His name is Dr. Doom. He a greedy and ambitious magiscientist of some renown, who rules over the province of Latveria with an iron hoof."

OOC: I can think of some ways set up traps in the hallway using the Immovable, Strengthen- and/or Weaken Substance skills. I can also use Element of Magic > Crazy Contraption for fancy stuff

"Oh hey, where'd Kal go? Anyway, I'm more worried that we're walking into some booby trap than worried about anyone inside making a break for it. If you want to set up some traps, that be good as well. There are two arcane effects on the door. One's a motion sensor, and I'm not sure what the other is. Would you be able to try to muffle them?"

While there aren't any specifically associated with Dodge Junction, Cheese remembers that a long, long time ago (like, before Nightmare Moon long ago), there were several powerful magical artifacts that the two sisters confiscated and hid in several out-of-the-way places. Cheese figures there's a decent chance this is one of them.

The second spell is indeed an alarm spell. Brittle's not sure if messing with it would trigger the alarm.

Brittle takes a small spool of metal wire out of his pockets and cuts off a door's width.
He also takes out a small piece of scrap metal.
"If you have to run out of the door, Jump, THEN duck."

I levitate the piece of scrap to eye height half a ponylength in front of the door, then cast Immovable
(I assume the doors open outward,so I hold on to the wire for now)
