Eh, I'm up to date enough on D&D pantheon, so I went with athars as a reasonable weird thing, either way, it doesn't need to emulate real world stuff perfectly, so I figure a little faking things won't hurt.

Indeed, I like that rule. I almost used it to do something weird and then was like "I'd actually have to ask Logan about that" and decided not to say it at all because that would have delayed the post. And of course now I don't even remember what it was.

Okay, Ping, that's an awesome little portrait. I may steal that idea so I can has Persona 4-style emotion portraits when I speak. Though I'd have to make two sets at least for obvious reasons. >.>

Ping does that in another game of mine. I want to do it with all my characters, but that adds up to about 80 portraits.

Well, I have negative artistic talents so someone else will have to make me a set. Unlike Logan I'd only request such a thing for characters I think I'd actually use them with.

Normally, here's where I would butt in with an NPC or two, but I'm having fun just watching all of the PCs talk.

All I'm going to do is give you guys some dishes. I don't know any eastern cuisine though.

Lo Mein: While this noodle dish is simple, but it perfectly expresses the shop's capabilities.
Earthquake: An extremely alcoholic beverage, mostly only drinkable with a contract for liability. Somepony needs to be courageous to drink this
Bubble Tea: This simple drink is, understandably, delectable.
Death by Chocolate: This overwhelming desert needs to be diligently eaten before one gets full.
After Dinner Mint: The best way to end a meal, and the most intelligent one.

You can guess what these do. Ping can probably give better, more Cantonese sounding meals.

Yeah, I just figured Ping was in charge of this scene and would handle the NPCs himself.
