Well with some minor retconning the players ignoring the glaring plot holes working in, you could be in the house already as a personal assistant, or a Faux-Sorcerer's Apprentice- would work for a magic user. Or, if you have something else in mind, I have another idea.

They are indeed level 3 (close to 4). Also, you'll need a bit more in the form of backstory and character description.

Just give me what area the party is in and stuff, and I can probably work with you to make his background work. I can change it from lvl 1 to lvl 3/4 easily, but if you would rather I make a completely different, non-anime-inspired, I'm perfectly willing, though it would take longer to get the character into the campaign (though that might give you time to move the party to a point where they could meet with him/her).

Up to youuuuuwait a minute. You probably definitely will need a different character. This game is using the Official racial templates from the handbook, no Genetic Engineering.

On top of that, there are a number of other houserules regarding character creation in effect, including:
NO changelings
Show Canon at face value- meaning no Earth Pony magic users, for example.
Same goes for technology, nothing overtly wrong or pushing the boundaries of what has been seen in the show (futuristic sci-fi, steampunk, etc).
We are currently running It's Witchcraft instead of the Magecraft talents. IW isn't in the book anymore, so if you decide to use it, I'll go over more of how I'm running it within the game.
I'm sure there are others that I'm forgetting, but those are the big ones.

Now, for the current situation:
The Party is investigating the house of a prominent citizen of Neighagara Falls, Figure Head. Recently discovered to be dead while experimenting with an antidote for the mysterious poison that has been spread around town. The town itself seems to be falling apart by the minute. The group is also trying to find a prior PC whop was kidnapped (kidnapped while the player was still here, so was the only one in a position to remain in existence once the player disappeared).

The rest of the group can give you a better rundown of their assumed roles, as well as group objectives, and any slots that need to be filled.

Finally, your new character and Paper Shadow's character:
The party is going to want a new magic user to replace that most recent disappearance. Paper doesn't have a set character idea yet, so the two of you can decide between you who wants to be that. HOWEVER, I have two ways to introduce a character in a timely fashion. The first can be happening as early as later tonight (up to a certain player), BUT it requires and arcana based magic user type. The other would be a little bit longer, and would give the two of you the time to better come up with something else. So basically, make a magic user very quickly, or hold off for other characters (or you can both wait, regardless of character type, and potentially come in together). But it all relies on you two coming up with who wants to do what, and then getting your characters submitted for approval.

I would make one little suggestion for your character. Don't have your single +3 Energy ability be one where you need to make a saving throw. Have a more general usage +3 ability that isn't dependant on external conditions to use.

This would work, but choose what you want.

I honestly have no idea on who does what in combat, so EVERYONE ELSE please chime in with the basics of your builds, combat and otherwise.

Yeah, Dodger's combat deal is that, since he's (technically) a pacifist, he'd be spending more time redirecting attacks then actually attacking.

I wasn't even certain I had all of the current sheets in there, among all the sheets that are no longer in use. Might have been confusing.

So Storm's a doctor and a pegasus. He's mostly healing in combat, and he's built like that, but he does have a few offensive move. He also covers the need for weather-crafting.

So, my pony now has a name, Silver Bells! I hope that the background is OK with DM?

I am actually now finished with the items, and need to get the boon + destiny (I'm starting her at lvl 4 since you guys are almost there anyway apparently)
