And on an unrelated note, any plans, personal plotlines, or suggestions for the "Canpaign of Jokers" (working title, need a better one asap) feel free to chat with me either over skype or by PMs. I do hope to hear something from each of the 5 players. (I'm wiling to have it go up to 7 and yes, I'm feeling crazy enough to try to run my first Campaign with 7 member party.)
Also let's put this to a vote, should this be a play by post or a skype game? I'm thinking what I've got planed so far might work better over a play by post, but if everyone wants to do a skype game I'm willing to do that too.

I think I'd vote for Play by Post as well, due to time constraints.
Also, I changed Grinding Gears to an Earth pony (and subsequently all of his utility talents changed as well) so he has access to Create Crazy Contraption.

I wouldn't say "friendly", but "less hostile" would be likely. She'd be more likely to target other party members (which could lead to interesting RPing if he notices). That said, it all depends on if I make that Perception check.

Right...right. Well, I was just putting out there as a hypothetical.
GG gets a little lonely what with everyone he was friends with suddenly being very distant, hostile, or straight MIA after a black-out, and he might tolerate quite a bit of abuse if a few stuck around after a blackout and actually explained what happened.

Yeah, it's a blessing and curse. I think only a few of my characters haven't ended the campaign completely corrupted or killed.You have a brilliant and twisted mind.

Quietkal, you know you didn't have to change your race like that right? Xel is allowing us to use my alternate racial option thing. Also, as of current discussion the racial barriers are going down so a unicorn could just take that utility anyway.

Probably corrupted before he mysteriously disappears, until later in the campaign when a shadow-outlined griffin blocks the path of the party. But I'm not dead set on that, he may well become a redeemed character.Begs the question, what's going to happen to Kal???

Alright then... It seems we got three votes for play by post... And that's either needed to be decided. So we'll be doing a Play By Post... And Many Faces, I'm tasking you to build your "Big Ol’ Storm of Chaos" Table for yourself and send it to me. (Edit: On second thought I'm just going to keep with a normal Tons of Fun table, just will find a way to make its outcomes be more mean and cruel when used by the Storm of Chaos...) Also we'll be counting "Sessions" as every five pages so you all know... Next issue, I'm going to ask you all to make for yourself a "Hidden Personal Goal" for each of your characters, and if you make far enough along with addcheaving this goal, we'll enter what I call ENDGAME Mode, what happens next will end the campain and either give your character a "win" by getting their goal or "lose" by either the party and/or an NPC stopping you from getting said goal... (They must be approved by me and you can hide your goals from eachother if that is what you want but I don't mind either way if you want to share the goal with your fellow players or not.) And these goals, must be something hard to abtain, with a lot of side objectives that'd help you along the way.
Now I introuce this because I"m not sure how long the my first big plotline that I'm still building will last, might go the full campaign or might just last only 20 pages... And this stuff will be backup to keep us having something to do while I think up a new plot to run with and stuff. EDIT: After getting more and more Hidden Goals form you all... Bio: Ersa was born of a cloud caught on the moon interacting with strong lunar magic. An aquintance of Nightmare Moon during her exile, she learned of the world below and after Nightmare Moon left, she decided to fly down to Equestria. As the only member of her race, she is well known to and a subject of interest of those in the know of matters relating to Princess Luna, the Moon, Clouds, Pheonix, and of course Magic.
Physical description: Ersa in her "normal" form looks similar to other pheonix except that her colorations, both of her feathers and her flames, are silver and black. Her coloration can change depending on her desires from anywhere to pitch black to silver so bright it blinds with lunar light. She is approximately between the size of a griffon and a minotaur, giving her a truly impressive wingspan.

Half-Cloud:
Masters of the Wild Blue Yonder
A half-cloud can walk on clouds, and its flight maneuverability automatically increases by two steps. Therefore, a half-cloud from a race of no flying ability would receive flight with poor maneuverability, and a half-cloud from a naturally-flying race would receive flight with good maneuverability. This maneuverability can be increased by the use of the appropriate Utilities as normal.
Gaseous Form
A half-cloud’s body is particularly light, airy, and cloud-like. This affects them in several ways.
Firstly, half-clouds weigh one-quarter as much as normal creatures of their race. They receive +5 to Stealth and Acrobatics skill checks. (This weight reduction also appropriately affects how ponykinesis can interact with the half-cloud.)
However, they are also subject to the effects of strong winds. In strong wind, a half-cloud’s flying ability worsens by three steps, and the critical failure of an appropriate skill check in strong winds results in the half-cloud losing control of movement for 1d4+1 minutes. A half-cloud whose flying ability is reduced to zero steps or below (i.e. no flight) must concentrate all its efforts on not blowing away and can therefore take no action until the wind subsides.
Furthermore, half-clouds also take a -10 penalty to Stunts and Acrobatics checks while on the ground. If they fail the check, they begin to drift away.
Additionally, half-clouds can dramatically compress their bodies with ease. A half-cloud may pass through any opening that is not airtight, albeit at half its regular speed.
Finally, half-clouds always take only half-damage (rounded up), both in and out of combat, from all sources. However, they can’t gain resistance of any sort, and vulnerabilities affect them twice as powerfully as normal.
Storm Affinity
For all abilities that affect clouds, half-clouds are also treated as clouds. This includes (but is not limited to) weather-crafting, and weather-crafting half-clouds can even weather-craft themselves, albeit at a -5 skill check penalty. What exactly this entails is up to the discretion of the DM.
Furthermore, several Utilities work differently for half-clouds. When a half-cloud takes the Animal Empathy, Animal Speech, Call Animal, and/or Animal Magnetism Utilities, their effects only work on animals capable of flight. However, the effects also work on clouds (but not necessarily half-clouds).
Half-clouds also receive two extra utilities at character creation, selected from the following list: (I didn't copy down the whole list cuz...yeah)
Empyrial Appearances
With thirty seconds of preparation and the aid of some rainbow juice, a half-cloud can disguise itself as a perfectly ordinary member of its own species. Conversely, a half-cloud may use six seconds of preparation in order to disguise itself as a perfectly ordinary cloud. Any creature that attempts to recognize a flaw in either form of disguise makes a perception check DC 25. The DC may be higher or lower depending on whether or not the conditions of a situation would help reveal the half-cloud’s disguise (GM's discretion if certain conditions grant penalties or bonuses). Half-clouds may take applicable Changeling Trick-dependent Utilities to modify this feature.
Evaporation, Condensation
Upon falling unconscious from hit point loss, half-clouds condense into a more-or-less ordinary puddle of water. Upon evaporation of the puddle, the half-cloud regains consciousness and returns to its normal form. However, a half-cloud can be prevented from returning to normal form by preventing it from evaporating, usually by trapping the water in some sort of container and/or freezing it. A half-cloud remains unconscious and unable to perceive or interact with anything while it is condensed.
Combat Talents:
At no cost to its regular combat talents, a half-cloud gains the following:
[+3] Empty Encouragement
Flip a coin. If heads, target ally can make a saving throw at a +1 bonus.
[-3] Steal Breath
Target creature takes ongoing damage 1 and is weakened (save ends both). You gain regeneration 1 until the target creature succeeds on its saving throw.
[-6] Rain on Your Parade
For the next three turns, all enemies receive a -5 penalty to their saving throws.

I'm guessing that this half-cloud phoenix also has a pony form, which is why you specify "in her normal form" and why she has a cutie mark.
I think you need some more sub-races on that phoenix.
