This outcome is pretty much entirely because of how Grey had Mosstone roleplay that natural 1.

Going insane in a hospital, that's like trying to steal from a police station.

Before you do anything, let me remind you of two things. One: your character is a medical doctor in a hospital. He would, in-character, be in his element here mentally. Two: you are still capable of talking.

There's no need to fly off the handle, take a moment and consider what is happening and how Torch would react.

That being said, you know Torch better than I do. Maybe he would fly off the handle. I don't know.

How about PANIC AND smartness?

How many buckles are there all together between the two of us on those straight jackets?

Yes. Yes I would. And I'd also like to know how many buckles/ties/straps there are on those jackets.

Perception roll: 1D20 ( 6 ) + Perception ( 10 ) = 16.

3 on the bed.
5 on the jacket.
1 on the muzzle.

so for both of you that makes 18 total straps.
