Mr Bones takes a step back, bracing himself against the golden light. The curtain of darkness, in turn, also moves back slightly. The darkness appears to ripple when the flare explodes, briefly revealing one of the supporting pillars for the 'ride.'

Sunny Zoo grits her teeth, and rushes to the fallen Storm Blade. She lowered her tattered banner- which, free of most of its cloth trappings, is revealed to be an elaborate staff. Infused with Phoenix's golden light, the staff touches her unconscious ally. "Sorry to wake you after your dramatic sacrifice, but you're not done yet. It would be wrong for you to be unable to witness your own victory. Alternatively, if victory is not imminent, we will still be requiring your services." After helping Storm Blade back on his hooves, Zoo catches her banner in some of Phoenix's lingering flames, creating a beacon to help her signal the best way for everypony to coordinate their attacks.

"Hahahaha!" As the light enveloped him, he felt a rush of energy. No longer being at death's door meant that, somehow, his aim wasn't as sharp, but it was still enough to deal out some pain. Assuming the skeleton could feel it. He fired off a single shot and then, instead of reloading, charged forth and swung his durable rifle at the skeleton.

Storm Blade wasn't surprised that he woke up, but he was surprised that he was still in the mine, fighting the skeleton. Glancing upwards, he spotted Suuny Zoo and her shinning staff. "That's some powerful magic." He cometed as he climbed to his feet. Unfortuntly his shield was gone, meaning that his ability to defend his allies was vastly decreased. Feeling that an ally was asking for energy for an attack, Storm Blade let it go. Determined to help his allies take the skeleton down once and for all.

The Joy draws forth a crystal contraption that draws in some of the energies of her allies. Form the crystal shoots an array of beams of burning white light at the skeleton. Unfortunately only one beam manages clips the shoulder of the creature due to The Joy's aim being shaken by the after effects of the last blow.

The beam of light drives the skeleton another step back, placing him near the support pillar. The curtain of darkness recedes as well, and the tracks of the 'ride' are revealed. Several carts are able to be seen, but all are motionless. No sound emanates from them.
The wooden pillar is seared by the light and is burned more than halfway through, though it continues to hold the tracks up for the time being.

"C'mon, drop dead already." Storm Blade muttered, sounding frustrated at the situation. With his shield gone, his defensive power was much diminished, as the guard felt like attempting to recreate it would be a bad idea. So instead, he decided to take a more offensive approach. With all the energy he had used, the pegasus was able to gather a lot of excess magic from the air, launching it at the skeleton as a powerful lighting botl.

The skeleton reels back from the blast, but remains standing. The flame engulfing it wavers and sparks briefly, but doesn't manage to produce anything dangerous.

The shot blows out a substantial portion of the skeleton's midsection, and the creature struggles to remain standing for a moment, before collapsing to the ground. It lays still for a moment, the fire crackling and starting to smoulder before the purple ring of light appears again. The hat sparks a few times, before the flame orbs suddenly stop their orbits.
Unrecognizable symbols of purple light crawl onto the heap of bones, the bones darkening where the symbols appear. The flame orbs disappear with a small whoosh and the now nearly black bones crumble into dust, leaving the hat sitting by itself. It feels less malevolent, somehow.

- Life Lost is slightly off, but margin of error is only +/- 7 so I'm not too worried about it.
Damage dealt includes overkill damage that went beyond Mr Bones' remaining amount of health.

The Joy takes command of the situation. "Nurse Deadheart, Sunny Zoo check for any survivors and take care of them. Everyone else help take apart the rocks be careful it may be unstable. Who ever is least physically or most magically able should first investigate the hat."

"I think that depends on your idea of 'magically able'. I'm curious enough to check it out, but that fight told me nothing if not that I am much more limited right now than I thought I was." Phoenix does not hesitate in the slightest, walking up to the hat and blackened bones and checking them over, seeing if there's anything he might know about them.

Also, are many of the rocks more than 100 lb? If it's just a few I can used Advanced TK and clear the block mostly myself.

Storm Blade gave a sigh of relief when the skeleton finally collapsed, glad that the fight was finally over. He was starting to get quite tired with it all... he twitched when the commando starting giving out orders. He wanted to just go ahead and ignore him, but unfortunately he did make sense, so he trudged over to the cave in and slowly started to dig his way out.

"Eh. It's a thing." Phoenix gets up and kicks one of the bones. "Was a thing. Osseoregent. It seems to be pretty lost, acting strange, what with the hat and the rides. It looks dead. Don't really know that they can be killed, or how to kill one if they can, though, so it might get up again later. Maybe." He walks away, not caring to disturb it anymore in case it suddenly decides it has one more orb to spare. "Let's see about getting those rocks cleared." A simple hand motion, and a dark red aura materializes around individual rocks, slowly but surely moving them out of the way, one by one.

Nurse Deadheart silently set about healing the injured. While glad the ordeal was over, the presence of such a creature was a worrisome problem that would have to be discussed later.

The rocks are able to be removed fairly easily, and you've managed to make quite a dent in the blockade. A few more minutes and you'll have the entirety of the path cleared...provided it doesn't collapse again.
The seven ponies on the ground are unconscious and moderately bruised, presumably from where they crashed to the floor while still in the carts. They're alive and breathing, if only barely before you work on them, and after you've tended them you feel it would be safe to move them. They're definitely not waking up anytime soon though.

"Can someone go on ahead?" Storm Blade asked once most of the rocks where removed from the passage. "Best to know if there is any further blockages up ahead now. Plus, getting help from the Princess and the others would be useful."

The stones continue to be moved easily, the entire path now clear, and while the rocky ceiling releases some dust and pebbles in the process it seems solid and likely to hold. You wouldn't recommend striking it to test its strength, though.
