Non Sequitur: The Campaign

"Blackberry Cure. Nice name, that, for a pony." She looks around, flame flickering from her mouth so she can see better. "This cave has changed a surprising amount in a hundred years. I do hope the stone wall I put in place to muffle the smoke held, after all these years?"

Blackberry looks at the dragon in awe, "forgive me mr. dragon, but I fear I need to find my friends quickly, any help you could offer I would take."

The dragon clears her throat. "'Mr. Dragon?' Males are so rude. If I were male, I probably would not have hesitated in making you my breakfast, or even trying to prevent the smoke from escaping. Anyway, considering how dark the cave is, I assume you have no clue where your friends went. Since you were first to wake me up, they probably went into either of the caverns surrounding this one, and pony eyes do not provide well for the dark, I think I will make the passage easier for you. I need to get outside for a stretch anyway." She gently picks up Blackberry as holds her to her chest as she stands up, pushing up and out the side of the cavern she was slumbering in, bringing in a rush of fresh air, and opening up a passage to the neighboring two caverns. After the rubble settles down, she puts down Blackberry on a large boulder. "I hope you find your friends okay!" Flicker says as she stretches and flies away.

As one wall of the cavern starts rumbling, Stargazer has to do some serious Acrobatic maneuvers to avoid being crushed by debris.

"my apologies, thanks for your help!" blackberry stands and looks around

Roll:

"Oh shit!" Stargazer yells as she tries to jump away from the debris.

Spoiler:

One piece of rock hits Stargazer on the head, knocking her out, while a boulder traps her hind leg.

Blackberry thinks she can see a patch of blue fur among the rubble, but it there are many similar patches, a couple of them shiny and obviously precious stone.

Blackberry fervently diggs through rubble,

Androgyny finds herself standing in a white void. "Huh, wonder if I'm dead," she mutters. Suddenly, a monkey in a marvelous top hat rises from the ground in front of her.
"You;re not dead silly, just unconscious! Now let's go on an adventure!" says the monkey excitedly as rainbows begin shooting around behind him and gumdrops fall from now blue sky onto the freshly grown grass.
"ADVENTURE!"
Androgyny and the monkey begin skipping around the meadow as happy music plays.

Blackberry finds a pile of beautiful stones, the exact same hue as Stargazer's fur.

Blackberry gets angry and keeps digging

Roll:

As Stargazer and the dapper monkey continue to prance across happy land on their mystical adventure, they come upon a large tower mad of candy cane. A sorcerer sits atop the tower, twiddling is thumbs. His robust beard sits at the bottom of his face, and he wears a glorious top hat. Androgyny has no idea what manner of beast this sorcerer is, but as she contemplates, he flies down before her.
"Hello! I am Abraham Lincoln, the greatest sorcerer of all time. I hear that you are on a magical adventure. Might I join you?"
"Of course!"
"Wonderful!" says Abraham Lincoln as he gets on Androgyny's back. Androgyny's legs turn into thrusters and she rockets off with Abe on a magical space adventure.

Blackberry finds another pile of stones similar in color to Stargazer, but barely more green.

Blackberry keeps digging

Roll:

Blackberry has found an unconscious Stargazer!

Blackberry pulls her out and attempts to revive her

Roll:

Blackberry barely moves the boulder Stargazer is stuck under, but manages to revive her entirely.

Blackberry pushes the boulder again

Roll:

Finding new strength, Blackberry manages to get the massive boulder off of Stargazer, but only just.

Stargazer groans. "No Abraham, don't leave me," she mutters, awake but not quite coherent yet.

Blackberry kneels and holds androgyny's head, "oh come on now, come back to reality."

Blackberry hugged Androgyny, "I asked you to wait up!"

Copper Rose wrote:Sparkle Sparkle sighs, then shoots up text that reads "Well I was on m" "y way to my gra" "ndmother's hous" "e to make sure" "she hadn't been" "hurt by the tim" "berwolves when". By the time he has shot up all these sets of 15 characters each, he is panting and dripping in sweat.

Ghoul continues to look unamused, and comments with a roll of his eyes, "Didja have to cross a river first?"
Ghoul looks at the surrounding forest and cave, and tries to see if he can recognize where they are. "Anypony know where we are?"

Meta:

Stargazer hugs Blackberry back tightly. "I'm so sorry, I'll never do that again! I don't want to risk being lost to you. I... I," she stops suddenly, unsure how to express what she feels. After a moments hesitation she leans in close and kisses Blackberry. Then pushes back and blushes, looking incredibly unsure and embarassed. "Oh! I'm... I'm so sorry. I don't know what just came over me."

Blackberry's eyes shoot wide as she is kissed, blushing and petrified by the action. As the kiss is broken the world around her blurs slightly, she can't quite hear what Androgyny says as thousands of thoughts and possibilities race through her mind.

And then, in a moment of overwhelming passion, Blackberry returns the favor and kisses Androgyny back.
