Sorry, I've been very busy as of late. Many of the games I'm in can see that my posting has been slow. Also, on a lesser note, Fury hasn't posted in a while, and obviously players dropping makes me lose heart. But I'm not dropping this. If you guys want an update, could you please poke me either here (preferably on the OOC here, since it takes far less time to read than write posts) or over Skype...

Alternatively, remember that I'm only in charge for this first episode. If you ever get tired of me, you can always just decide to skip this, and carry on to the original intention...

I'm okay with a post happening.

Shame, my way of dealing with your character would have been them just vanishing in thin air the moment someone turned to check on them or something (with the unexplained reason being Honey woke up, thus no longer in the dream), it would have been funny to seen the characters' reactions...

That is pretty funny. Of course, she goes back to sleep sooner or later... So kinda like the Plot Holes in Non Sequitur.

Hold on a moment, I don't understand this plan...

Starsprinkle has conjured a jar of marbles via Magical Tricks. She is spreading them on the stairs (or wherever the Butler is going) forcing him to need an Acrobatics check to navigate them... Which, being Jinxed, he will fail.

Why? To prove ourselves ass-holier-then-he.

Well, you are all in the dining room at the moment, and the stairs are in a different room (which, the way you got from that room to this one is through the door on the other side of the dinning room which the Butler is heading towards). But why do you assume the Butler won't notice the marbles, or more importantly, you guys holding a jar full of them and pouring said jar in his path?

Because noticing the marbles would require a perception check.

Well, not everything requires a check to do, and if the marbles are just in plain sight... Probably have a better chance if some of the group was following him and distracting him long enough to set them up and make it more likely he'll miss it miss it.

Also, if marbles are too obvious, we have other options. Probably harder to notice a specific patch of ice on the floor, if need be.

Passive Perception means he won't have to in two cases (and honestly you might be required to make a stealth check on marbles, but I don't know and most likely not): first, if they are obvious, and second, if he (or someone who would alarm the butler) sees you put them down...

I'm not saying that you guys can't do this, I'm just suggesting you iron down some of the flaws with the plan before doing it...

Oh hey guess what I just remembered Magic Tricks can do.

4) You can turn an object with volume no greater than 1 cubic foot invisible. This effect lasts for one hour.

So, turn them invisible, then use ponykinesis to place them? Would that work?
