The filly finally starts to notice the shaking, but what really tips her off is that the building is beginning to lean forward. Instead of jumping into your hooves, she leans down and covers her head with her hooves, shrieking in fear.

OOC: You'll have to do a bit more to rescue the filly.

Cloud Brush manages to grab the filly as the whole place collapses, returning to where Just Desserts is. As the house collapses, what look to be three bipedal robots with drills in place of forelimbs shoot up from the earth.

"WER IZ TEH ORB?" the one in the lead says.

As you go outside, the ground shakes again, but not as bad as before. A similar group of three bipedal robots shoots out of the ground, but they don't notice you yet.

The joints don't look like a weak point. They seem fairly sturdy. However, you notice that from their back pieces have a part that glowing faintly with the air distorted behind it. It may be a heat sink.

Khazaarite thinks he's might've heard of some Emperor named Palpatine, and something round called a Death Star, but you're not sure where you know it, and you're not sure whether that's what they're talking about.

Well, while this orb may or may not be a Death Star, Khaarazite assumes that the orb is powerful enough to have a name as dangerous as Death Star. As such, he decides to sneak closer to and watch the drill-hoofed things which may or may not be working under an Emperor called Palpatine...
