Non Sequitur: The Campaign

Ebony looks at the newcomer as though she simply can't believe what's going on. "This... this is completely insane. Curse you Sunbutt. I can't believe I have to put up with this now."

"I am...{insert dramatic pause here}... RED STALKER! At your service."
Bows and creepliy moves eyebrows up and down.

"I think the word your looking for it inane..." Maddie comments. "I know insanity, and I don't think this counts."

I simply stared, my jaw agape. How high of a turnover was there here!?

Navi, however, was not so awe-struck. "Watch out!" she said, zooming in to hover just in front of and above the newcomer's face. "Red Stalker! Possible zebraphiliac! Or just horny. Hit him in the tenders!"

"I wondered where you had gone. It was almost peaceful without you," I snarked at the fairy. "I thought we agreed I had to hit the Z-button first?"

"Except during boss fights!"

"You never did tell me how to differentiate."

"Magic!"

"Not that simple."

"Is so!"

"It is not."

"Is so!"

"IS NOT!"

"Are you a friend? And who's 'Sunbutt'?" Runeheart asks, looking at Red and Ebony expectantly.

"Sunbutt I believe is the term the Draco is using for the White Queen, or as the name she gives Celestia." Maddie comments.

Ghoul continues past the vibrant colored (pony?), definitively saying "eh-NOPE," as he passed.

Meta:

Suddenly, a happy little puppy runs up to Ghoul and barks cutely at him, then runs over toward the forest and barks at Red. Come on, master! What are you doing? We should go this way! There are fun things!

Maddie and Ghoul recognize this puppy as one of those that used to be a timberwolf, before Dandelion was saved by Androgyny.

Maddie gets to walking ahead after Ghoul at seeing the timberwolf-turned-puppy.

"Sir Fluffykins! I mean... whatever I named you is...Where are you going?! What fun things? THESE ARE PONIES! ACTUAL PONIES! SINCE WHEN HAVE WE SEEN PONIES SINCE THE INCIDENT?!" I follow after said puppy, stomping my tiny hooves resentfully.
Turns to rest of you, Sorry, I can't go anywhere without my binoculars...HEY! THAT'S HIS NAME!"

Come on, you've seen plenty of ponies since then! You just don't want to interact with them! Master, playing is good for you! The puppy bounces up and down before bowing down, ready for play time.

"Oh, I interact with them alright...." *grins evilly* 

"I already foresee us being able to get rid of you." Maddie lements as she keeps walking forward.

Ghoul sighs heavily at the reappearance of the puppy, and doesn't slow his pace or acknowledge it trying to play with the newcomer.

Looks over, not sure how to respond....
glares for a moment then faces the puppy, scowling.
This happens every time I try to make friends.....

"IS THAT A PUPPY?!" Runeheart shouts at the puppy, before instantly jumping over to it and trying to play with it to the best of his ability.

The puppy gleefully plays with Runeheart, every now and then barking at Red to urge him to join in the fun.

"IS SO!"

"IS NOT!"

"IS - Look!" She stopped, and hovered towards something on the ground. "A PUPPY! Can we keep it!?"

...

"Doubtful," I replied. The new creatures (ponies no longer being accurate) just kept flowing in. I wondered if this was normal or if I just came in at a bad time. As I followed the rest of the party I glanced upwards, wondering what the weather was likely going to be today and whether I could change it...

Not Magecraft (GASP!):

Considering there's not a cloud in the sky, it's probably going to be a clear, sunny day. As Zacharias has probably never made a cloud before, let alone a sky full of them, it will probably be very difficult (DC 45) to make that something different.

Walks slowly over to Runeheart and puppy and timidly says, "He likes it if you pretend he's a dragon....it's his favorite game...."

Seeing Red came over to where he was playing, the puppy bounces over to him. Come on! Play with us!

These ponies are weird too! Just look around and compare them to every other pony in the city! The puppy sits and makes a whiny-growly-cute noise at Red.

"Finally, someone gets it," Ebony says sarcastically.
