The toxicity meter begins to decrease. Slowly at first, and the rapidly- almost medically impossibly rapidly. You still don't feel any kind of change here.

Gearick:
Cobalt looks at you blankly. "...Of course you did. Because that's a perfectly normal thing to do in this situation." He begins walking towards the front of the house. "Remind me to check what the current Laws on Necromancy are. I'm going to go look over the dead bodies. You can head back upstairs, I don't think I need anything else from you."

Gearick took awhile, before relaziation dawned on him and his shook his head, saying. "Sheesh... I haven't interacted with them for so long, that I forgot some of our guards can do that as well... I'll try to remember to remind you when I next see you." With that, Gearick decided to leave the room and head upstairs to join the others.

Storm looks around and suddenly notices Gearick had already left. "Oh well." Noting the change on the meter, he turns back to the Thermal. "I've tried the antidote, and my blood toxicity went all they way down. I think it'd be safe to try on you."

While waiting for Thermal's response, he whips up a few more batches of the antivirus, one which he puts in the chemical scanner, and takes out his notes again, jotting down as much relevant info about the antivirus that can think of. Methods of manufacture, chemical structure, dosing, etc.

"He did. Nightmare was....more or less trapped there and seemed to only take enjoyment in the misfortune's of others. He was able to affect those not native to the Void but with beings such as.....Ravenous.....he seemed to have no power over." Kanen chimed in.

"Huh...I guess... so..." Thermal speaks as if he's about to pass out, but he still seems to be wide awake, wincing in pain every few seconds. He doesn't look at anything in particular.

The Chemical scanner analyzes the antidote. What it comes up with is rather less than helpful:

"Informed the other guard about it." Gearick said in a nonchalant way as he sat down with a small yawn, he hadn't really been able to get much rest recently so wouldn't mind being able to get more sleep now that the situation seemed to be a bit more under control. As he settled down in the corner to sleep, he said. "There is a division of the guard that has necromantic magic to call people back from the dead temporarily in order to talk to them."

Storm:
As the chemical begins pumping into Thermal's bloodstream, he visibly relaxes. Over the next few minutes, visible signs of pain diminish and disappear. He is still wide awake, though. His mouth opens like he's trying to say something, but all that comes out is a low hum from the back of his throat. The dialysis machine shows a decrease in his blood toxicity, at the same rate as your own. When it finally hits zero, he blinks, coughs once, and then looks around. "Whu...what just happened?"

Storms smiles. "Lets hope so. I'm not sure you've noticed or not, but we're in a place called the Void. Its a realm of dreams, where anything is pretty much possible. What I'm hoping is that the antivirus I made here has the same effect out there." Storm nods in the direction of the door and exit.

"I think it will, because even if the antivirus won't work outside, it can still cure the disease in here, and the dialysis monitor doesn't show the presence of the Blue Moon Poison."

"Of course, I may just be worrying over nothing."
