Yes. Well according to Zeb, Dextor's in this here room. Cheese points to yonder window. "Window is locked and reinforced. so I think we should go around, but we'll need the door opened. Well, I need to send something to HQ anyway, so I can distract the unicorn at the front desk. If you can unlock door, I can go in later. Or if you're feeling particularly brave, you can go in at that point."

((I'm guessing the door is part of a hall? Are there any couches or things at the corner of the halls that Kal could lay on because he knows to not just stand awkwardly outside the door.))

[Yes, the door is part of a hall. There are benches every now and then against the walls.]

Cheese heads inside and engages the pony at the ticket counter. I need to send a message to Hidden Sunlight, 34 Aurum street.

He write on the message. 'Can you identify this hair? It belongs to a henchpony for a suspected supervillian.' and includes the bag with the hair in the scroll and then seals it with hot wax.
