I sort of meant in real life. So far in games this is the only time that has been acceptable, and you beat me to it. I definitely would have played Flashpoint's LBB variant if there wasn't already a ladies's man in the game.

What this NPC is displaying is common knowledge. As far as the populace in general knows, there is no such thing, and as such the use of one would not stand up in court, as it would be seen as magically forcing the pony to say something, true or not.

Just roll everything you can imagine would be appropriate, and I'll take into account what I think is appropriate. That means, yes, if you get a Nat 1 in a skill not needed, I will ignore it.
