By the challenges Aparix faced at level one.

If we encounter difficulties in our lives, it's only natural that we either will improve as a result or want to improve as a result. By noting what difficulties Aparix encounters, both gameplay-wise and roleplay-wise, at level one, I can determine what kind of effect that would have on his psyche, his physical abilities, and his combat skills.

Or, you know, after a giant wall all the party members can bypass except for him, Aparix says "screw this" and figures out a way to fly.

How was the first battle? I hope it was decent, because it's time for another. I did my best to kind of steer the group towards battling with the Chimera and not with the small fry, since I don't want the battle to be too chaotic...

Indeed, indeed. It's actually kind of scary, though consoled by the fact that yours is very much a luck-based build, it seems.

Oh, it becomes very fun once I get Sleight of Hand, Duelist, Expert Duelist, Spellblade, and Energizing Amulet. Also, Plague Eater is fun when I'm blinding myself every turn.
