Emerald looks about a bit, just slightly lost at the comment. "Oh! I'm Emerald Trance, I have a bit of a bad luck streak going right now, as you can see, came by for a visit!" She seemed a bit cheerful, forcefully so, considering the event that happened in front of them.

"Some mystery ailment. Possibly a form of poison called 'Blue Moon Poison.' According to Figurehead, there is a cure for Blue Moon Poison, but I'm not sure whether what the patients are facing is that."

Moving along I guess.

You get to the door of the clinic roughly the same time as two other stallions, who are managing to drag along another struggling patient. As they pull the pony inside, the nurse form earlier scribbles something on a clipboard, and directs them to the back. Seeing Sunset, she sighs and scribbles again, and then calls for a gurney. As another would-be orderly helps you put Sunset on the cart, the nurse then turns to Emerald. "So what about her? Sick, or just wounded?"

"Um, I don't know if that will be necessary." The nurse breaks in hesitantly. "I may not be a doctor, but I have been in medicine for many years. She is walking around, so bed rest and therapy are probably unnecessary by now. If you'd like..." She looks back into the wards where muffled noises of patient activity were audible, "... and if we can, we might just go back and do an exam. Admitting you now might not be necessary. Nor advised, under the current circumstances."

"It's gotten that much worse?" Emerald asks, a little worried. She had made this place her impromptu home the past two days, after all, she saw the start of the issues, but not how fast they went out of control. Just yesterday Sunset was merely listless, but walking under her own power and fully cognizant.

"If what I've seen so far is true, I think it might be safer a bit more alone for a spell." She looks at the group around her before turning back, a frown crossing her face. "Is it contagious? Though they're mostly closed, I have a lot of pretty fresh holes in me. How fast should I be running for the woods?"

She gives a slight smile at the last words, clearly running would be impossible, and she was already exposed if it were the case. Still, she took in more than her fair share of poisons over life, hopefully it helped immunity just a little bit, since it seemed to strike so randomly from what she saw yesterday.

"Actually... I don't think I've seen any new cases within the last 12 hours or so. If anypony has began suffering since yesterday, they haven't been brought in. So, you may be in the clear. Let me see something." The nurse takes a closer look at Emerald's immobile leg, and the sheets on her back. "All of you, come with me. We'll see if we can patch her up a little better and out of here. If the rest of you would, please keep any problem patients back, as peacefully as possible." She begins to lead Emerald back into the wards, wary of any surprises.
